ASPEN DEPOT CONTINUES TO BE THE GOLD STAR STANDARD FOR COMFORT AND CONVENIENCE WHEN VISITING THE KINGDOM OF BRECKENRIDGE

Located in Breckenridge Mountain Village, just off Main Street, we are a single-family residence with a newly expanded deck and hot tub. The main level open floor plan features kitchen with new appliances, dining and living areas with direct access to the south-facing (sunny) entertainment deck with grill. Take in the mountain views and enjoy privacy from the surrounding Aspen trees.

With 3 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms, we have room to both spread out or gather. Bedrooms consist of new mattresses and upgraded bedding. The two upper bedrooms have private view decks. Bedside wireless charging available for your personal devices.

The family media room on the lower level features a large flat screen TV and fold-out Queen sleeper with Tempur-pedic mattress.

Leave the cars behind and walk to basically everything! The home is also 59 steps from the ski bus in the winter and across from the Boreas Pass locomotive and new adjacent playground. Recently, we added a 240 electric car charger available for guests with electrical vehicles.

As a privately managed home, your safety is most important. We wash all laundry off-site with 140+ degree water and disinfect between guests. We take pride in keeping our home PRISTINE! The hot tub includes exterior heated mats to provide easy and safe access.

This place is exceptional! Very clean with lots of extra amenities. Very walkable to the downtown area (10 Minute Walk). Neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful. Definitely would stay here again.

Great house and great location

The house is very comfortable and has all the amenities needed for a vacation. The location and proximity to main street is spectacular. We walked to dinner every night. Hot tub and deck are a great addition to come home to in the evening. Overall it was a great stay and we will certainly be back!

You'll want to stay here

You can't beat the location to the slopes and downtown Breckenridge. It's less than a 10 minute walk to downtown and the trolley and bus stop right at the top of the street the house is located on. The hot tub was great for after skiing, the beds very comfortable and you had all you needed to have a meal at home. The hosts were very responsive if we had a question and made sure to reach out to see if we had everything we needed.

Great Ski Vacation

Great location in Breck. Right on the Free Ride Shuttle stop. Walkable to Main Street food options. Split levels offer some privacy. Great host communication.

Great Family Getaway

We loved our time in Breckenridge, and this was the perfect spot for our home base. We were all very comfortable and really appreciated the pack n play and small essentials in the kitchen (salt, pepper, olive oil etc). We will be back!

Excellent property

We were a group of 6 adults and very much enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was well located, well equipped (including kitchen), recently renovated and super clean. Hot tub a real bonus after a hard day skiing. Lots of clear instructions in the house covering all matters. Would recommend to anyone and would stay again.

Perfect Mountain getaway

We loved the property. It was clean and in great condition. The hot tub was the cleanest hot tub we have every seen. The location was perfect as it was in walking distance to all shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Breckenridge.

Home Away From Home

Not only was the check in and communication a breeze, the home was beautiful and equipped with any and everything you could think of. The location doesn’t get any better. Incredible stay!

We loved every minute of our stay at Aspen Depot! The home is very well stocked (linens, kitchen, games, etc.), which was perfect for a little family getaway since we didn't have to think about what to lug with us from Texas. The home is a quick and easy walk to town (~5 mins), and its right around the corners from a cool playground & easy trails which the little ones loved. The owner was great to work with and very communicative prior to and during our stay. We will definitely consider renting here again for future Breck trips!

Great cozy stay!

We booked this property for a weekend ski trip to Breckenridge. We loved the cozy feel of the place which made us feel at home. The beds were comfortable and had a fully equipped kitchen. The hot tub was beyond relaxing after long days of skiing and was large enough to fit the 6 of us. The heated mats leading up to the hot tub and boot drier/warmers in the garage were game changers. We would definitely book this place again for future visits to Breck!

Perfect house for a ski trip

This house was perfect for our ski trip with two other couples. Bedrooms on each floor gave everyone lots of space. The amenities and appliances were all wonderful. The hot tub was great after a long day of skiing. The house is a 5 min drive to Peak 9 parking and a short walk to Main street if you didn't want to drive. We loved it!

July 4th long weekend

This was a wonderful place for our stay in Breckenridge. Great location: We walked to breakfast each morning with multiple breakfast options less than 10 minutes’ walk from the house. Carter Park is very close by as well, where my young adult sons enjoyed playing pickleball while my husband and I hiked the trails behind. Wonderful owners: very attentive and responsive. Terrific house: fantastic grill and hot tub on the back patio, plenty of tvs with Netflix capability, well stocked kitchen, quality towels. Extremely clean.

Wonderful Home....

My family and I had a terrific Spring Break stay at Aspen Depot! The house was clean and comfortable, with a terrific floor plan which made it feel much larger than the reported square footage. Plenty of space and privacy for everyone in my party of seven. Communication with Evelyn and James was easy and they were attentive to our every need. We would definitely return for future visits!

Amazing Mountain Home

This house is amazing! The pictures and description don’t do it justice. It had additional features not listed: the bathroom floors are heated, there was a pack n play in the closet, and there’s a EV charge port in the garage. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking dinner. Beautiful home and great location. We used the hot tub and it was very clean. I’m so impressed and can’t recommend this house enough!

Thrilled with our visit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aspen Depot! We love to cook, and the kitchen is fully supplied with cookware and utensils. The appliances are well maintained and all worked fine. I have a slightly sketchy back, so when I travel, I always wonder about the condition of the beds. No fear here, the beds and bedding are top notch. There are plenty of blankets and extra pillows. The bathrooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean with radiant heat in the floor. The best shower is on the top floor. The water pressure there is strongest and it has a bench. The garage is a great benefit, and the driveway was plowed early each time it snowed. Walk out the garage, turn right, and the shuttle to Peak 9 is literally 100 feet from the front door -- you can be at the mountain in 5 minutes. If you walk out the garage and turn left, a few doors away is a secret pathway into town. It’s an easy stroll to Main Street shopping and dining, but if you do too much imbibing or are not acclimated, you might get a little short of breath on the way back. The furniture here is wonderful – comfy all leather couches with plenty of cushions. The dining chairs are just fine, we sat at the table eating, chatting and working for a couple of hours at a time with no complaints. The high speed internet access performed well, I downloaded 100+ mb files with no issues, though we didn’t stream any video. There are plenty of TVs and plenty of channels.
