ASPEN DEPOT CONTINUES TO BE THE GOLD STAR STANDARD FOR COMFORT AND CONVENIENCE WHEN VISITING THE KINGDOM OF BRECKENRIDGE

Located in Breckenridge Mountain Village, just off Main Street, we are a single-family residence with a newly expanded deck and hot tub. The main level open floor plan features kitchen with new appliances, dining and living areas with direct access to the south-facing (sunny) entertainment deck with grill. Take in the mountain views and enjoy privacy from the surrounding Aspen trees.

With 3 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms, we have room to both spread out or gather. Bedrooms consist of new mattresses and upgraded bedding. The two upper bedrooms have private view decks. Bedside wireless charging available for your personal devices.

The family media room on the lower level features a large flat screen TV and fold-out Queen sleeper with Tempur-pedic mattress.

Leave the cars behind and walk to basically everything! The home is also 59 steps from the ski bus in the winter and across from the Boreas Pass locomotive and new adjacent playground. Recently, we added a 240 electric car charger available for guests with electrical vehicles.

As a privately managed home, your safety is most important. We wash all laundry off-site with 140+ degree water and disinfect between guests. We take pride in keeping our home PRISTINE! The hot tub includes exterior heated mats to provide easy and safe access.

We had a great family ski vacation at Aspen Depot. The house is very clean, updated and well maintained. Nice amenities included heated bathroom floors, gas fireplace, hot tub on deck and well equipped kitchen. There are beautiful views of the mountains through the Aspen trees from the deck and balconies. Location is perfect for walking to Main Street shops and restaurants and accessing bus or trolley to the slopes. We highly recommend this property. Songer family

Great location. Short walk into town or hop on the free town troll / bus to access the gondola. The house is beautiful and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Plenty of space for 4 adults. Amazing views of Breckenridge from the private hot tub on the deck. We would definitely stay here again.

This home was PERFECT for our visit. Half our party was on the mountain while half was enjoying the town. The shuttle stops are all around - with the closest being just one house down at the end of the block! And the walk to downtown shops and restaurants is just a couple minutes - easily to a restaurant in 5.The home itself is lovely and inviting - just as shown in the pictures. Everything you need is provided. Steps to get in are easy and everything is well-labled, with an added binder of helpful hints, instructions and answers. Will definitely stay here again if we come to Breckenridge!

I had a wonderful holiday w/my two adult children and their partners. The house is pefect with three distinct levels so everyone has some privacy. It was an easy walk to town and the ski slopes. The house is very comfortable and has all the amenities needed for a vacation. The location and proximity to main street is spectacular. We walked to dinner every night. Hot tub and deck are a great addition to come home to in the evening. Overall it was a great stay and we will certainly be back!

July 4th Breck stay

House was just as advertised. We are repeat visitors of the house and the 3 levels fits our family great. 3 generations of family and all can stay comfortably. Hosts are very quick to respond and make the booking process easy. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was well suited for our family. The beds were super comfortable, nice bathrooms and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is great with only a short walk to Main Street. Would definitely stay here again.
