About this property

This amazing 1230 square foot one level 3 bed/2 Bath ocean view condo overlooks beautiful Rathtrevor Beach. The Master Queen suite captures that fabulous view and also has a large ensuite bathroom with large soaker tub and separate walk-in shower. Heated floors in both bathrooms are an added bonus!
The other 2 bedrooms have Queen beds as well so everyone is happy! The second bathroom has another walk-in shower and heated floors as well. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and gas stove. You have the added bonus of a lovely ocean view as you're "slaving" away in this gourmet kitchen. Indoor dining seats 6 and if you prefer to dine al fresco, there is a lovely large ocean view patio complete with gas BBQ and patio table and chairs. There's even a nice grassy space for the kid's to play! Lovely comfortable seating in the living room with cozy corner gas fireplace make evenings with family extra special! There is also an in-suite laundry with stacking washer and dryer. Of course, password protected WiFi and flat screen TV with DVD player for your down time.

Beautiful property

Was a very nice clean peppery Beds were very comfy and clean Loved the ensuite bath Great lay out Only thing for us is my parents are seniors and it was a big hill to go up and down to get to ocean

Great location, the place had an awful smell

The place smelt like rotting food, we had to keep the door open the entire time. Evenings with the door closed was gross. We had to go in the bedroom with the window open to avoid being in the main part of the unit. I would not recommend.

Lovely vacation spot

Very nice vacation property for my family which includes two small children under five. Bottom unit walked out to a nice greenspace for the children to play and was only a moment to walk to the beach. The only issue we had was that the promised barbeque was there but it didn't work.

Poor Management Company!

We have stayed at many vacation rentals, and this has been our first extremely frustrating experience and negative review. The lock and key code did not work so we were not able to enter the unit. Only after repeated calls to the emergency line (kept going to VM) was I reluctantly given the lock box code from someone back east. Maintenance only came the day before we were scheduled to leave without any notice from the management company. Thankfully we kept the master key for the duration of our stay as the lock still did not work. Maintenance also informed us that the clearers had previously told him the dryer didn’t work. Thankfully we had not yet done any laundry considering the cold weather. We were not informed by the management company that the dryer was not working. Furthermore, the management company basically said this was a rare event even though residents in the complex told us that many guests staying in this unit have issues with the lock. The unit itself was clean but I cannot recommend staying here due to the poor management and customer support from the company responsible for the unit.
