Gorgeous Heart of Breck Ski-In Ski-Out Cabin | Rocker by AvantStay

Thank you for the kind words. We're glad the condo's central location put you close to everything, and that the decor and comfortable beds made the stay a relaxing one. We hope to host you again in the future.

A well-stocked kitchen makes such a difference, so we're glad that setup worked well for you. Our team genuinely enjoys helping guests, and hearing they were responsive and easy to work with is wonderful feedback to pass along. Thanks for the kind words — we'd love to welcome you back anytime.

Thank you for the wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear you found the unit beautiful and spacious. We can't wait to welcome you back on your next visit!

We appreciate the direct feedback, and we're truly sorry the comfort and kitchen items fell short of what you should expect. Your notes have been shared with the team responsible for the home so they can be reviewed and refreshed where needed. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and should you consider staying with us again, we'd welcome the chance to provide a better stay.

Thank you for such a thorough and fair account of your stay. Glad the unit matched the photos and that the bathrooms and kitchen were in good shape. Your notes on the shared facilities, the access system, and our response times have all been passed along to our team so they can be looked into properly. The tip about picking up a physical keycard at check-in is a practical one that other guests will appreciate. We're glad our team was helpful once you reached them, and we appreciate you being willing to give us another chance. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again.

Thank you so much! We’re thrilled your first trip to Breckenridge was so enjoyable and that the home’s convenience, amenities, and our hospitality added to your experience. We’d love to welcome you back anytime!

It was incredible hosting you, ! Glad you enjoyed everything!

Hi Jansen, Thrilled to hear you had a fantastic experience! The spaciousness and convenience of downtown and lifts make it an ideal spot. We can't wait to welcome you back for another great stay!

Thank you, Julie! We’re so happy to hear you loved your ski vacation and that the property met your needs. Apologies for the coffee maker hiccup, but we’re glad AvantStay was able to sort it out quickly. We appreciate your recommendation and would love to have you stay again! 😊🏔️

Thank you, Brad! We're so happy to hear that the property was spacious and comfortable for your group. It’s great that the location was ideal and so convenient to the hot tubs and lift. We’re glad our team could assist with your questions and make your stay even better. We’d love to welcome you back for another stay!

It sounds like you had a wonderful time at The Rocker in Breckenridge, Nancy! The spacious layout, well-equipped kitchen, and great location definitely seem to have enhanced your stay. I’m glad the AvantStay team was responsive, even though there were some earlier communication hiccups. It's great that you're already looking forward to another visit! Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback!

Thank you, Robby, for sharing such a detailed review! We're glad to hear you had a great stay overall and enjoyed the location, layout, and convenience of the condo. We appreciate your helpful notes about the maintenance and cleaning items — we'll be sure to pass this along to the team to get them addressed. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better stay next time!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Michelle. While we’re glad to hear you found the unit clean and well-maintained and appreciated its location, we’re sorry that certain aspects of your stay were frustrating. Regarding parking, this is unfortunately dictated by the Resort and not something we have control over. There are fewer parking spaces than units, and all parking must be reserved in advance. We do our best to communicate this clearly in the listing, which states: “Parking is not guaranteed.” Still, we understand how disappointing it can be to arrive and find parking unavailable, especially in a busy area like Breckenridge. As for the digital key cards — we couldn’t agree more. The system is proprietary to the Resort and, in our opinion, not guest-friendly. We do provide physical key cards as a backup option, but it appears we didn’t hear from you during your stay regarding access. Had we known, we would have delivered a set right away to make things easier for your group. We also appreciate you flagging the issue with the in-unit dryer. It’s a newer appliance, so we’ll be coordinating with the HOA to have the vent lines cleaned as soon as possible to ensure it’s functioning efficiently. We truly value your feedback and hope we’ll have the opportunity to host you again under smoother circumstances. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if we can assist further.

Thank you so much for the kind review! We're so glad you found the condo spacious and comfortable and that the location was such a highlight. We appreciate you flagging the tight parking garage, too — that's a helpful heads-up, and we've passed it along to our team. We'd love to welcome you back anytime — thank you again for staying with us!

We greatly appreciate your feedback and have made the appropriate adjustments to improve moving forward. Please feel free to reach out to us when planning your next vacation. We'd love to host you again soon and give you a five-star experience!

Thank you so much for the great review! You are all a pleasure to host. Please come stay with us anytime!

Megan, we are happy to hear you found the condo to be beautiful and that the property manager was so helpful and responsive! Our apologies for the confusion on the check-in procedure -- this property does not require any live check-in and we are updating the instructions to be as clear as possible. Unfortunately, as stated in the listing, we can’t guarantee parking at this home but do our best to secure a spot for our guests if available. Thank you for all your feedback -- we’re looking into the bathroom vent and dryer, and have already ordered a new mattress for the master bedroom! We loved having you and are glad you enjoyed the spacious layout, breakfast bar, proximity to town and slopes, cable, and WiFi! Please join us again next time you’re in need of a getaway!

Thank you so very much for the kind words and the wonderful feedback and your glowing review. It means the world to us and makes us smile even bigger seeing how much you and your guests enjoyed every single bit of this home and its surroundings. We truly try to go above and beyond to ensure the best experience possible and make your vacation with us unforgettable. We would absolutely love to host you anytime!
