Welcome to The Grizzly, a warm and vibrant retreat nestled in the heart of the forest. This semi-detached chalet, made of two side-by-side units, offers all the space you need for a memorable stay with family or friends. With its 3 bedrooms and 5 beds, it comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.



Enjoy a spacious living room filled with natural light thanks to the cathedral ceiling, where an indoor fireplace creates a peaceful atmosphere after a day of activities. Outside, relax in the covered p



The Space:

The chalet is part of a duo of residences. You will have exclusive access to The Grizzly, while The Bear, its neighboring unit, is located right next door. Each has its own privacy, but the outdoor yard is shared between the two properties.



Guest Access:

Located in the sought-after area of Petite-Rivière-Saint-François, the chalet sits in a truly natural setting, surrounded by trees and complete tranquility. In just 5 minutes, you can reach Le Massif de Charlevoix, a must-visit for skiing, hiking, mountain biking, or simply exploring.

Only 15 minutes away, you’ll find Baie-Saint-Paul, known for its art galleries, charming boutiques, and outstanding local cuisine. It’s the perfect place to soak up the culture and scenery of Charlevoix.

The property was nice. However note that the owner does NOT disclose on its online house rules the existence of its noise aware technology and associated fines for 'unacceptable noise' after 11 pm. We were with four guests only and 'tripped' the noise with a simple card game and low level music. Undisclosed and unreasonable invasion of privacy.

Ski holiday

Nice place and well laid out. A corkscrew, rubber spatula and pasta strainer would have made meals a bit easier to prepare Beds were comfy and hot tub was a nice touch after a full day of skiing.

Has potential but not worth the money

The property seemed much bigger on the pictures . Although the property managers were very polite and accommodating, the property needs some TLC. The chalet is not very clean and we regularly had issues with the toilet. The towels are old and stained. It is a nice place but over priced for its condition.
