Free and secure 24-hour parking is available at the entrance to the estate. A vehicle is recommended.

Other expenses:
The amount of electricity consumption is not included in the rental price and remains the responsibility of the tenant. This will be paid at the time of departure, at the rate of 2 Dhs per KW consumed (about 20 euro cents).
A deposit will be required when booking the villa and will be returned to you if there is no significant material damage to the accommodation or in the common areas of the village.

Other notes:
As this reservation is made for a specific number of people, the tenants are prohibited from welcoming and accommodating any other person not provided for in the rental, under the risk of cancellation of the rental, without recourse or refund, even at the last moment.
The presentation of an identity document of each tenant must be presented on arrival at the complex. For the comfort and well-being of all, the villa is located in a private domain, night parties are not allowed. The maintenance staff (garden and swimming pool) intervene on scheduled days and times that will be communicated to you and that must therefore be respected.
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the villa.
It is strictly forbidden to light the fireplace because it is non-functional.
