The villa is ideally located 40 minutes from Agadir and 35 minutes from the airport.
It will also be your starting point for magnificent walks in the Great South, in the High Atlas or towards the immense beaches of the North of Agadir, a surfer's paradise.

The villa is composed of two spacious bedrooms, one with a large bed of 160 cm, bright overlooking a patio and the garden, a bathroom with toilet, a separate toilet, a large relaxation room furnished with a TV and a comfortable sofa overlooking a magnificent garden with trees and flowers, A fully equipped open plan kitchen consisting of a microwave, hob, fridge/freezer hood and washing machine which serves a second pergola, one with direct access to the magnificent 10m/3.5m swimming pool.
The villa has electric shutters throughout.
Wi-Fi internet connection is available throughout the villa.
OTHER NOTES:
- Tenants are not allowed to accommodate any other non-registered person during the booking, under penalty of having the rental cancelled at any time, without the possibility of recourse or refund.
- For the comfort and well-being of all, the villa being located in a private village, night parties are not allowed.
- A deposit of 500€ will be required when you enter the villa and will be returned to you if there is no significant material damage in the accommodation
-The maintenance staff (garden and swimming pool) intervenes 2/week on scheduled days and times that will be communicated to you and that will therefore have to be respected.
- Due to non-existent legislation in Morocco in terms of safety equipment for private pools, the use of the pool by children must be done under the supervision and sole and entire responsibility of the parents.
