This home is spacious, quiet and has recently been painted inside and sided on the outside. It has a nice yard, plenty of parking and is 3⁄4 mile from Kelly Beach (private beach only for residents). 1⁄2 mile from outdoor sports complex with basketball and tennis courts. In the summer the house is on the shuttle line to the beach. It’s a short walk to URI’s Bay Campus. Wonderful location!
