Please be respectful of our neighbors. No excessive noise from 10:00pm - 9:00am in line with town ordinances.

The maximum number of people in the house will not exceed ten at any time and will coincide with the numbers provided when booking. Should the renter not follow the maximum number of guest limit, $250 will be charged per person per night for every guest.

I agree to not wear shoes in the house so to protect the soft pinewood floors.

Please note that the upstairs balcony is not available.

No parties or events.

No pets.

Minimum age for primary renter is 30.

Booked guests, and anyone in their party, agree to use the property at their own risk, and will not hold the property owners or managers liable for any and all eventualities.

Owners reserve the right to access the property for audit purposes should there be a violation of the rules.
