The Super Condo by Simply Kimberley | Innovative Lodging at Resort Base
Kimberley's largest vacation rental condo is made for ski and golf groups. Kimberley Ridge 410 and 411 were joined by a communicating door connecting the living rooms. These condos are mirror images of one another, share a common wall and have a total of 3000 square feet of indoor space.
This innovative condo is ski-in/out, has four decks, two hot tubs, Weber natural gas BBQs, six bedrooms and six bathrooms. Lightening fast wifi throughout. Simply made for families and groups.
Tod, the owner, is a tourism professional operating Simply Kimberley, a boutique vacation rental company. I live and breathe Kimberley tourism. The Super Condo is set up for contactless check-in with keyless entry (door codes are shared prior to arrival).
The Kimberley Alpine Resort Plaza (resort base) is 200m away and is where the ski hill action is. The main quad chair loads from this area and the Stemwinder Pub restaurant often has live music. The Buckhorn and Main Mountain Eatery is located at the resort base and it also has a separate sports bar. In short, the resort base is definitely the place to be for winter and summer. Imagine being stuck at the Stemwinder Pub after your apres-ski beer because the lifts have stopped spinning and your vacation rental is on the upper resort level. Don't let it happen, book at the resort base.
Access to the Super Condo is through self-check-in and keyless entry. Our Simply Kimberley property management system sends out the codes prior to your arrival. Most guests arrive by car. However, if you’d like a private shuttle, our transportation business, Resort Tours and Transportation, provides charter transportation from YXC, YYC or FCA (Kalispell). In summer, our primary clientele is golf groups who enjoy our packaged green fees with daily shuttles.
The Super Condo has been routinely updated since we created it. In Oct 2024, we have replaced 10 beds throughout the entire properyt! November 2022, we've added full new appliance sets! New flooring throughout the main floor and all six bathrooms. Updated interior paint colours to pair with the furniture. And, we had two * river tables locally crafted to add an element of beauty to our space; each table seats eight people. Smart TVs adorn the area above the natural gas fireplaces.
During winter, there is a Mountain to Town shuttle that runs on a regular schedule operated by The City of Kimberley and BC Transit.
It is important to note that the Super Condo is NOT a party condo. Quiet hours of 10PM - 7AM must be respected, as we have full-time neighbours around. The Super Condo is well set up for groups but please note that late-night noise must be kept to a minimum as we need to abide by the Good Neighbour Bylaw in Kimberley.
This is a pet-friendly unit with a signed Simply Kimberley - Pet Policy agreement. A maximum of two dogs are allowed (one per condo) and we have an additional $25 per night, pet surcharge.
