You'll enjoy a cozy 3 floor townhome with newly renovated bathrooms and new furnishings. Amazing ocean views from the 2nd and 3rd floors balconies. Recreation room located on the 1st floor complete with pool table, half bath, seating areas and a TV. Private 2 car garage with gym equipment. Fully equipped kitchen. Huge master suite located in the 3rd floor with renovated master bath and separate toilet room. Updated living and dining area. Guest bedrooms complete with large closets. Fully renovated guest bathroom. This private community is quiet and safe. Also complete with heated pool, tennis court, half basketball court and private Marina on property. Key Largo Paradise

Loved this property. Small quite community with tons of amenities. Pool, tennis courts, hot tub, basketball court and the marina. We we out snorkeling and fishing within minutes. The house was a perfect size for our family with updated features. We will definitely be returning. Thank you so much for letting us share in your piece of paradise.

A gem as advertised!

I was fortunate to be the first renter in this unit. The unit and complex exceeded my expectations. The Key Largo Yacht Club is very quiet and peaceful, but close to fun when you want to get out and explore. The condo/kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for a month of fun in the Keys. The owners were awesome to work with and are very good people. It was really nice to have a rental be more than I thought it would be, and the Keys climate is really good!!
