On the ground level, there is a 2 car garage, a large Florida room with sitting area/ TV and Billiard Table plus a full 3rd bath. This area opens to patio & terrace.. This private gated community offers convenient drive-thru trailer/boat ramp, lighted fish cleaning table, heated swimming pool, hot tub, poolside covered party/bar area, lighted tennis/pickle ball court, putting green & basketball court! All of these amenities are shared by only 24 units in one of the Florida Key’s most prestigious oceanfront condo communities.

Availability: This Townhome rental is only available for a minimum one month rental, no weekly or daily rental permitted. Renters must apply to association for approval!
