A large living room, opening onto the terrace, is divided into a dining area and a relaxation space. On the same level, the separate, fully equipped kitchen has a sink right under the window so you can enjoy the view at any time!
Above, a cozy mezzanine features a sleeping area (double sofa bed 140x200) and a desk.

Finally, on the garden level, there are two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. The first bedroom (two single beds 90x200) has access to the garden via a terrace. The second room has two single beds (90x200cm). They share a bathroom.
