On the ground floor, once you step through the front door, your gaze is naturally drawn outside: a magnificent view of the rooftops of Socoa, the Bay of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, and the cliffs of Sainte-Barbe.
A large living room, opening onto the terrace, is divided into a dining area and a relaxation space. On the same level, the separate, fully equipped kitchen has a sink right under the window so you can enjoy the view at any time! Above, a cozy mezzanine features a sleeping area (double sofa bed 140x200) and a desk.
Finally, on the garden level, there are two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. The first bedroom (two single beds 90x200) has access to the garden via a terrace. The second room has two single beds (90x200cm). They share a bathroom.
The whole place is warm, welcoming, and easy to live in. From the terrace, the sunsets or the city lights at night will make your vacation unforgettable.
