Medano Beach is within walking distance, as well as Cabo San Lucas Downtown, both less than 5 minutes away.

Getting around the town:

- Uber service is very convenient, with the exception of the Airport and Resorts, where it is not allowed.

- Taxis are available right by the Puerto Paraiso main entrance and all around the marina. They can be expensive.

To/From Airport:

- Private transportation is available for purchase. Send us your flight information if you would like us to help you book it!

Getting Around:

You are in the best location of Cabo San Lucas. Right in the heart of the Marina; Medano Beach is walking distance as well as Cabo San Lucas Downtown, both less than 5 minutes away.

Taxis and Uber available just outside the mall.

Right outside the Puerto Paraiso mall also is the bus stop for the route to San José del Cabo, in case you want to adventure with local transportation, you will be in San José's Historical District in less than 40 min.

In case you have private transportation arranged they will be able to drop you off at Puerto Paraiso Mall parking lot, where you will take the stairs directly to the Paraiso Residences floor.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that Puerto Paraíso is carrying out light renovations on the second level. Work will take place between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and there might be occasional quiet cleaning or debris removal at night. They are making every effort to minimize any disturbance



We kindly remind you that pets are NOT allowed on this property, If you are planning to travel with your pet or service dog please let us know, and we will be happy to find a place for you, last-minute arriving pets won't be allowed on the property.



LOUD NEIGHBORHOOD: Being located just in downtown, a few steps from Cabo's nightlife, this MIGHT result in noisy nights (music), specially in the bedroom that faces the Marina.



If you plan to rent a car, please let us know in advance to advise security and give you access to the parking.



Please don't forget to leave your Condo keys when you leave, lost keys have a replacement cost of $20 USD



We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of $300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking



This property is inside a residential community. For this reason, you will be required to provide an ID and sign the community rules in order to grant access. Please message us if you need specifics on the community guidelines



In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need.
