The living room features a wood burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings with overstuffed couches and flat screen TV. You will love cooking in the spacious kitchen that features a sit down island and plenty of cupboard space. The dining area has room for your whole family to relax, eat or play games. Three bedrooms plus a loft upstairs gives everyone opportunity to have their own space. The outside deck has a bird's eye view of the woods, trail and plenty of privacy.

Can you believe that this beautiful place is only one hour from Pittsburgh but feels like you are in another world.

This home checked all of our boxes from location in the Villages of Seven Springs to being close to a host of amenities. The home is spacious but cozy, great location, quiet and a garage!

This home is nestled along the quiet wooded trail behind the house. You can walk across the street to the shuttle pick up, pool, volleyball and trails. It is a perfect location to enjoy this lovely piece of country.
