Welcome to Cape Aqua! This single family vacation rental home on Siesta Key has 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths and pool. Located on the closest private street to America's #1 named.The two large double doors with decorative frosted glass welcome you into this spacious home. The floor plan offers a very large open layout with plenty of space for entertaining. In the back this vacation rental home has a large private screened-in solar heated pool and lanai. Kids can play outside on the grass backyard. The master suite is furnished with King-size bed, 32" flat-screen LED TV, walk-in closet, and large tub. There is a separate living room, dining room and family room w/ 55" flat-screen LED TV. The two additional bedrooms offer one Queen-size bed and two twins among the two which share a bathroom. Slide open the grand sliding glass doors in the family, kitchen, and living rooms to open the home up to the pool and fresh breeze off the gulf.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS:
One month minimum with the exception of 2 week reservations a maximum of 30-days in advance.

This place was absolutely perfect! From the moment we walked through the front door we knew it would be difficult to leave! We stayed the entire month of Nov. 2025 & would have booked another if it wasn’t already booked! The place felt like home, it was spotless, & the pool sparkling clean. So appreciative of having a heated pool also, it allowed us to swim every day of our stay. We also enjoyed the option to walk to the beautiful Siesta Key Beach or even to the lively quaint village for fun drinking, eating & shopping. The location of this home is perfect for all Siesta Key has to offer. We will definitely stay again (if it’s available to book!) I also should mention how spacious the entire house is as well as how comfortable the beds were! It was very hard to say good bye…so until next time!

Quiet and Relaxing Location

My stay in Siesta Key at Cape Aqua was fantastic. I hope to be able to return in the future. I was there for the month of December, and I was delighted that there was a Christmas Tree stored in the garage that I could use! I don't think the pool was heated although we used it for at least two of the four weeks.

Great Location!

Very clean and spacious house with a fabulous swimming pool! Great location in a quiet neighborhood, 3 blocks from the Siesta Key Beach main entrance and a mile to Siesta Key Village. Property Manager was extremely responsive. We had an air conditioning issue and the technician was at the house in less than 2 hours to make the repair.

The home is exactly as shown in the pictures and video walkthrough. The home is exceptionally clean, when asked to give an example of any cleaning issues as a follow up, they never responded. A guests representation of cleanliness should be noted at the time of check-in, not after a months long stay with a dog.

Month at Siesta Key

House is located perfectly on the north end of the key in a quiet neighborhood tucked away across from the public beach. Walking distance to both the beach and Siesta Village. Walkable and bike riding very easy on back streets among lovely homes. Home itself has a pool with large sliding glass doors that open to the pool in most rooms. Master suite is large and comfortable and alone on its own side of the house from the other bedrooms. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again if available next time we visit!

Very disappointing - it’s an older home with everything Broken and not up to standards

I do not recommend this property at all…it’s run down and the pictures don’t show the reality - so be very careful when booking

Guest was just caught bringing unapproved animals into my home and were charged the $200 pet fee as per the listing and lease agreement agreed to at the time of booking.

Perfect beach getaway

We had an amazing time staying in Siesta Key. The house was the perfect size for our family, with ample space to live, work, and play. The neighborhood is lovely - great for bike rides and a very easy walk to the beach. Not far from the village or shopping either. Decor is dated, but the house had everything we needed and location was great.

Great Stay

The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood with a short 2-3 block walk to Siesta Beach and 1/2 mile from village. The house has natural light coming in from all sides of house with beautiful view of screened in pool/patio area.
