Large patio with BBQ grill, gas fire pit and a fenced in heated pool (for additional $40.00 per night fee) with water feature. Quiet residential area. Has a two car garage with ample parking.

This place came with everything. The host was very communicative. The TV in the living room was confusing for me but that's on me, not the host. Very quiet. Pool was clean. Ping pong was a blast.

Had a wonderful stay at the house. Hosts were very warm and encouraging allowing me to host our family dinners during our stay in town. Had plenty of room in the house for everyone. Lots of seating! Bob & Suzanne were very quick to respond to answer any all questions. Very accomodating. Would stay again when in town.

We really enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect. I would have liked more toilet paper & paper towels available as we ran out and bought more. TP running out is not enjoyable. Otherwise, perfect!! Might stay here again as relatives live close by.

Family vacation

Great Home to stay in

We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for getting around Yuma. We went to the Dunes and the drive was not too long. This was a very comfortable place to stay and when we come back to Yuma we will be staying here again!
