Our house with an area of approximately 160 m² has spacious and bright rooms. It has been completely redesigned internally.
A closed mezzanine provides privacy for a TV/games area.
It is located 15 mins from the ocean (Capbreton/Hossegor), 30 mins from the Basque Country. 10 mins from the Marais d'Orx Nature Reserve (a pure delight to visit).
Absolute calm, with no close neighbors or vis-à-vis. You are in the countryside being at the gates of the summer animation of the coast. What happiness after the day at the beach to find the silence of nature. 1 hectare of land, a mini forest and a small stream. You may be lucky enough to have horses as your only neighbours...

Très bon séjour
Maison agréable avec une grande cuisine on peut tous cuisiner ensemble, grand séjour, coin télé à l'étage pour ceux qui veulent regarder un film sans bruit. Piscine bien exposé au soleil toute la journée. Bon contact avec les propriétaire ainsi qu'avec la personne qui nous accueille
