A few steps down the hall is the great room, with its two-story ceiling and a wall of windows drawing your eye upwards and to the beautiful sights of nature beyond. Comfortable leather and suede furniture faces the TV and a floor to ceiling stone woodburning fireplace, creating a welcoming place to gather together. The main level also features a chef's kitchen with a live edge wood bar, granite counters, custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, an oversized sink, and a full set of cookware and service for everyone. There's room for 6 at the dining table and two more at the bar so everyone can enjoy meals together.
With four bedrooms on three levels, there's room for everyone in the group to have their own space. The main level offers a King suite and the attached bathroom features a tiled tub/shower and a granite sinktop. The entire top level is another master suite, with a second King bed, shuttered windows overlooking the great room below, a TV, and a private bathroom with two granite-topped sinks and a separate tiled shower. On the lower level you'll find two more bedrooms, one with a King bed and the other with a Queen bed, and these rooms share access to a full bath with a tub/shower, located off the hallway. The lower level also has a separate living area with luxury reclining sofas, a game table, a massive flat screen, perfect for game days, movie nights, and gaming on rainy days.
The outdoor living options at this home rivals the interior. As soon as you step outside you'll be greeted by the sounds of the rushing creek below the property, complete with a series of small waterfalls that cascade for several hundred feet behind the home. It is common to see deer having a drink while you sip morning coffee from the deck. . The main level of the home features a covered outdoor kitchen with a built-in gas grill, Big Green Egg, built-in ice chest, and strung lights, as well as a cast iron patio table to enjoy your grilled feasts. Around the corner is the hot tub, ready for you to soak away your cares under the stars and snowflakes. A flight of stairs leads you to the lower deck, also accessible off the lower level den. On the covered lower level deck you'll find cozy outdoor sofas, strung night lights, and a gas powered glass firepit-table, so no firewood needed! Another flight of stairs from this deck leads you to an observation platform with two chairs above the creek and waterfall - the perfect place to relax with a glass of lemonade and your favorite book.

The club features an indoor heated 75-yard lap pool, game room space with pool table, ping pong table, & foosball table, and a separate clubhouse with a newly renovated full fitness facility, fireside lounge space, on tap local microbrews, darts and a tennis shop. The primary focus at YRC is the world class Tennis facilities, with 7 outdoor clay courts, 3 indoor courts , two pickleball courts and the high country's best tennis instructors.
Aside from the facilities at Yonahlossee, which quests can access via a small daily fee, hiking trails abound on the 400 acres, and the moss-covered ruins of the 100 year old riding camp create a magical setting for exploring, playing, and gathering around numerous playgrounds, fire pits, and a wonderful party deck overlooking the old camp lake.
Sylvan Falls is very conveniently located less than 10 minutes to the wonderful shopping and dining in both Boone and Blowing Rock. Two of the best fine dining restaurants in the entire High Country are just 2 minutes away: The Gamekeeper and The Table at Crestwood (reservations recommended at both.) All of the best High-Country attractions are within a short and scenic drive away, including Tweetsie Railroad (15 minutes), Valle Crucis (15 minutes), the town of Banner Elk (25 minutes), Grandfather Mountain (30 minutes), Sugar Mountain (25 minutes), and Ski Beech (40 minutes). If fishing is your thing, there are fantastic mountain lakes, trout streams, the area's two main trout rivers, and numerous guide services within minutes in all directions of Sylvan Falls. And if it's hiking you desire, Sylvan Falls puts you within 5 minutes of the Boone Fork Trail, the Mountain to Sea Trail, Rich Mountain Trail, the Moses Cone Trail system, and Trout Lake, with the Blue Ridge Parkway, Bass Lake, & Glen Burney Falls just 5 minutes further.

-This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- Enjoy access to Yonahlossee Resort amenities for a small fee! Guests must pay a $10 per day per person base fee to use the pool, gym, and game room. If more than 3 people, the base fee will be $25 for club use. To access outdoor tennis and pickleball courts, the fee is an additional $10 per person and is $20 per person for indoor tennis and pickleball courts.
- Firewood may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You receive two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund
Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable
