This charming, beach inspired home is a perfect location for a family getaway. This house is ideal for a long weekend at the beach, or a longer home away from home. Built with top of the line materials, you will be surrounded by custom woodwork blending the home’s original, classic style with modern touches. This home features spacious indoor living space for everyone to enjoy in the form of an impressive great room as well as a rumpus room on the bottom floor. The wide expanse of walk-around deck provides the perfect fresh air local for outside entertainment and relaxation. Steps away from the beach, this private access gated Patio is ideal to get away from it all. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms, this home allows a maximin of 6 overnight guests at a time, and up to a maximum of 10 guests for day use. One king bed, one queen bed, and one full bed for your comfort. With the large, wall covering windows, the indoors and outdoors meld together. Gas grill, outdoor shower, and top of the line appliances, the creature comforts are at your fingertips. ($250 cleaning fee, $750 security deposit, $250 hot tub fee)
