Amazing Oceanside Cottage w Private Beach Lot

The location of this amazing cottage brings together the best of coastal living and inland recreational treats. Relax and enjoy watching the sun setting from your front deck. Two bedrooms, a practical kitchen & all the modern commodities provided. Enjoy an early morning swim in the Ocean or boogie board to your heart's content. There is a rental store at the end of our street with wet-suits and surf boards . We have a strict limit on the number of guests--only 4 guests may use or visit the property at one time (this includes children) Please respect this rule..

Open plan living/dining area boasts enchanting ocean views, a perfect starter to your culinary journey. The couch and a seating chair face the fireplace and the TV, whether you prefer some amusement or to quietly reflect on your day.

Fully equipped, compact kitchen is ready for your gastronomic escapades should you decide to take them on.
The adjoined area with the living room has easy access to the deck.

One bedroom with a queen-size bed matches the relaxed style and comfort of this lovely cottage. Along with the regular commodities found in the room, the space has generous windows offering dazzling ocean views.
The second bedroom has two single beds, very cozy room offering a peaceful nights rest.

The one lounge chair on the deck was broken. The first time we opened the screen slider door it came off in our hands. We could put it back on, but it just kept coming off so we left it off until we got ready to leave, then we put it back on. Not having any towels for the beach would have been good to know so we could have taken some.The location is amazing and we had a most enjoyable time. I would definitely go there again!

Host called at 3:10pm when I was at the property saying it was double booked . Pretty much … too bad ! I had to turn around and drive back home . Not happy . Trying to get my payment refunded was all on me to make happen . Very poor experience with no compensation for my disappointment and inconvenience

Beautiful spot - very convenient.

We had a beautiful stay, it's so nice to sit on the deck and have such an uninterrupted view. You can easily walk to a really good bakery and a couple bars/restaurants. Kitchen and bath are very small but we were mostly so that did not matter - view from the Queen bed is outstanding. We would definitely stay here again.

Decorations are European in style and the furniture is kid-friendly and very comfortable with designer touches everywhere. This is comfortable oceanfront living at its best with modern amenities where you can have a healthy day, a restful evening and a sound night's sleep.

Why they chose this property

When we discovered Stinson Beach we couldn't believe that such a lovely little town could remain so unspoiled. Although only 30 mins from Mill Valley it remains a refuge from the real world for all who come and stay. Owner is close by (next door) and available to answer questions or help to plan your outings. West Marin is such a special place and there's so much to do here, we feel very blessed to be able to share this amazing place.

What makes this property unique

Ocean Front - view the dolphins playing and hear the sound of the waves breaking while you lie in bed. Watch whales as they blow and surface. Enjoy all the unique benefits of being able to see the Ocean from your bed. There's nothing like watching the sunset over the Ocean or seeing the light change throughout the day. Truly a wonderful spot for relaxing and viewing nature's wonders.
