The apartment is located in Njivice center, close to the pebble beach which is also suitable for children, as there is a large children's playground and other attractions. Nearby you have many restaurants with local cuisine, the first already about 20 meters from the house. The nearest bakery, a supermarket and a fruit and vegetable shop are about 100 m away.

A private parking space is available in front of the house.

We live nearby and we are at your disposal for all questions and will gladly give you tips and hints for a wonderful time.

Our apartment 3 has 1 bedroom with a double bed, living room with another sofa (bed 160x200), kitchen, bathroom and yard 60m2 with terrace and whirlpool just for your use.

In our house there are four more apartments which are also for rent. Each apartment has kitchen (equipped with everything necessary), air conditioning, satellite TV and WiFi.

Super Urlaub und tolle Gastgeber!

Der Aufenthalt in unserem Apartment hat uns sehr zugesagt. Es war alles so wie zuvor in der Beschreibung erwähnt. Alle war sauber und funktional. Die Gastgeber kamen öfter vorbei um den Whirlpool zu reinigen, dies hat uns nicht gestört oder eingeschränkt. Die Gastgeber waren auch immer sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Immer wieder gerne !

Toller Urlaub auf Krk

Das Apartment ist wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Es liegt sehr zentral. Ein Pluspunkt ist die eingezäunte Terrasse mit Sitzgruppe und Whirlpool. Sehr nette Vermieter, die immer erreichbar sind und versuchen alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Thank you, Ivana! Nadja

Zentral gelegene hübsche Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet, sauber und ordentlich. Der Außenbereich ist groß und trotz der zentralen Lage der Wohnung ruhig. Alles was man braucht ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Super Begrüßung Getränke und Eiswürfel im Kühlschrank zum Empfang. Hundeleckerlies und Bälle für unsere 2 Bollis. Wohnung ausgestattet wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Vermieter cool und hilfsbereit. Lage Central und trotzdem ruhig. Bäcker; Supermarkt ;Obst/Gemüsestand; Metzger keine 3 min. entfernt. Sehr empfehlendswert nicht nur für Hundebesitzer ;-) Njivice hat auch den schönsten Hundestrand. Wir waren mit zwei Familien dort und hatten 2 Wohnungen gemietet.( eine mit Terasse und eine mit Balkon). Beide Wohnungen waren sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht,(Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Bettwäsche, Handtücher bis hin zu diversen Spül- und Reinigungsmitteln). Die Vermieter sind super cool und nett, sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.( Haben uns sogar mit kühlen Willkommensgetränken begrüßt)),was ich sehr cool fand) Die Lage ist auch super, bis zum Strand sowie Supermarkt und verschiedene Restaurants sind es gerade mal 2 min.. sehr schöner Urlaub

Sehr nette, zuvorkommende, hilfsbereite und Hunde freundliche Vermieter. Wir wurden mit Getränken und einer riesigen Wassermelone, unser Hund mit Leckerlis begrüßt. Njivice zum Dritten!

Wir waren von 05.07.2015 bis 19.07.2015 zum dritten mal in Njivice.Diesmal bei Ivana-Tomislav und Filip.Die Wohnung war wie im Internet beschrieben.In ein paar Minuten war man am Strand und im Centrum.Was das Essen betrifft gab es die beste Pizza im Vinea keine 3 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt.Sonst waren wir in der Konoba Vijon (Sehr gutes Essen und nettes Personal)Das Eis haben wir bei Eis Cafe Fontana zu uns genommen.Die beste Bar am Strand war die Sunset Beach Bar wo wir auch unsere Sonnenliegen sowie Sonnenschirm gemietet hatten.Das allerbeste waren unsere Vermieter überaus Hilfsbereit bei jedem Wunsch aber nie Aufdringlich.Bei Ankunft stand eine gefüllte Obstschale bereit,im Kühlschrank war kaltes Bier/Saft/Cocktail sowie eine halbe grosse Melone.Rundum ein Super Service von ivana & Tomislav.Puno Hvala Ivana and Tomislav,sorry for German Letters but my English is very little.Srdacan Pozdrav Marion & Helmut

Erholung pur bei freunden

Unser 2. Urlaub bereits in diesem appartment und wir würden immer wieder gerne dort hinkommen. Nicht nur wir sondern auch unsere Hunde waren herzlich willkommen. Man hat hier wirklich das Gefühl man ist zu Besuch bei Freunden. Die Vermieter können immer wieder Insider Tipps geben, einsame Strände, gute Restaurants sowie ausflugstipps, aber auch alltägliche Sachen wie einen Tierarzt. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig aber trotzdem ist alles in der Nähe, der Strand in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen, ebenso die Restaurants und Bars sowie die Supermärkte. Das appartment hat alles was man braucht, ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet Und durchdacht. Die herrliche Terrasse Lädt zum sitzen und verweilen ein. Alles in allem muss man sagen es gibt überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden alles super alles top und absolut empfehlenswert,
