The very helpful, efficient and punctual property manager Margaritta, speaks English perfectly. Concierge of the building "Oswald" also very helpful throughout our month stay. The building uses facial ID for entrance. The unit is on the 46th floor with great city views, 2 balconies, living/ dining room with dining table, a large TV and pull out couch. Kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, 2 piece washroom, laundry room with washer/dryer drying rack, iron and ironing board. The master bedroom has King size bed and ample storage closets and walk out onto balcony overlooking the city and harbour. Beautiful ensuite master bathroom with soaker tub and separate glassed in shower and toilet. The glass walls in the bathroom overlook the city and the Municipal park off in the distance. There is a beautiful pool with deck chairs, dining area, swiming area, shallow area, and an area to swim lengths. There is a fitness room and a quiet work area. The building is a short taxi ride to the Old Town Casco Viejo. There are restaurants, food markets and shopping within walking distance. There are cycling paths on the Waterfront and bicycle rental places nearby. It is close to local attractions parks, the Canal, Museums, golf courses and airports.
The only negative was the construction noise from the hospital construction going on adjacent to the building which was minimized by turning on the A/C and closing the windows which was a shame since the open windows provided beautiful cross breezes and the sounds of the city life.
The views from this property are spectacular! We figure it’s about a 320 degree view.

High quality blinds if you’d like to shut out the view.
If you’re a good photographer, you’ll have fun trying to capture the beauty around you. A perfect spot to view the ship traffic entering and exiting the Panama Canal. I use the website Vessel Finder to search the details on the ships I see. It gives you the name and type of the ship, plus info on where they’re coming from and where they’re going.
Book during the full moon phase for an incredible show.

A phenomenal cross breeze. We rarely used the air conditioning. However, if you’re that person who likes AC, it’s plenty powerful.
Gas stove and oven for the chef. Decent utensils. Nice selection of pots and pans.
Cotton sheets from Italy. King sized bed is comfy. Natuzzi leather sofa is a sleeper sofa.
Very nice well equipped gym.
Pools on both sides of the building. One side has a lap pool, kiddie pool and whirlpools (warm, not hot), the other side has what I use for a walking track - it’s shin deep and provides a good resistance workout; plus it has a large pool with a deck overlooking the Yacht Club.
A beautiful party room with white leather sofas - would also be great for a fashion photo shoot (I have a vivid imagination).
You can walk to a major grocery store from here - RIBA Smith. There’s a little store across from the building and a Justo Y Bueno 2 blocks away.
If you take public transit there’s a bus stop outside the door on Avenida Balboa, and you’re a couple of blocks from a subway station. You’re a short Uber ride away from the nightlife in Casco Viejo or pretty much anywhere else in Panama City.
If you have an issue, the property manager Margarita is incredibly helpful and she responds to emails quickly.
I was hesitant to book a property with no reviews - that’s why mine is so long.
The elevators are quick.
The wifi is good.
I don’t think the TV is a smart TV. We travel with an HDMI cable and a ‘Jack’ that allows us to hook our IPad up to the tv.
We were delighted with our stay.
