Close to the GR 70 Stevenson Trail; swimming in the Gardon River is just 10 minutes away. Opportunities for hiking, biking, horseback riding, or donkey trekking in the style of Stevenson along the Voie Verte, starting from Collet de Dèze or Florac. Renovated cottage on an active farm—various animals on the property. Production and sale of charcuterie and goat cheeses. Several swimming spots nearby. Living room (non-convertible sofa, TV), kitchen (fireplace with insert, dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave + mini-oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment), 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 140-cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 90-cm beds. Cot and high chair available. Bathroom (with washing machine) and toilet. Private enclosed patio with patio furniture and a plancha grill. Electric heating. Pets are not allowed. There are no electric car charging stations on site; a charging station is located 5 km away in Saint Germain de Calberte.
