Absolutely wonderful stay! The location was perfect. It was close to the beach, dining and activities yet blissfully quiet at night. The host was helpful and kind. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.
Clean and modern interiors in this 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. Excellent location - adjacent to beaches, shops and historic old town. Helpful host and easy check-in/out process. Antibes offers much to see and do; and is also a perfect spot for exploring the wider region
The apartment is in excellent conditions and provided for an excellent stay. It is in a great location to explore Antibes old town and the beaches. The communication with the owner was great and the check in very smooth. I can only recommend this property!
The apartment is very great, the location is very great and the owner is very great. The pictures show it quite well. Modern, clean and cosy. The owner did everything to make a stay comfortable and convenient. Elevator, comfortable beds in quiet sleeping rooms, automatic shutters at every window, fully equipped kitchen with all kind of kitchen utensils, TV with streaming services for own language, two separate bath rooms each with shower, balcony back and frontyard, nothing is missing. Location steps away around the corner to beach, old town, shopping, dining. Contact with owner absolutely trustworthy and reliable. Recommendation therefore at 100 % and rating without doubt 5 stars.

We stayed in Slyvestre’s apartment for 2 weeks and had a fantastic vacation. We’ve been to Antibes before and love this area. Easy walk to old town and sandy beaches.
2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms make it very comfortable. The a/c and showers are really good.
Sylvestre, the owner and Ashley the local contact are so helpful.
I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone lucky enough to come to Antibes.

The place was great. The only complaint I have is we looked for a place with parking. The ad said parking but it was a very small parking space and our rental car could not fit.

We do warn people in the ad that the parking can be challenging to access for larger cars - This is clearly indicated in the description where we even give example of car models that fit or do not.
I'm sorry you did not take that into account when making your reservation.

This was our second stay at this flat. It is more impressive than the photos show. Amazing location 50 meters from the beautiful beaches and a seven minute walk to the restaurants in the Old Town. Our grandchildren visited and we were comfortable with four adults present. Our host was always available if we had any questions. We thorough enjoyed our stay and will be back next year. We recommend it without reservation

We spent five nights in this perfectly located modern apartment in central Antibes. The apartment met all our requirements, everything you need was in place. Even though we did some cooking ourselves, we did not miss anything. We also apprecia ted the balcony with a nice view over the sea and Cap d´Antibes. We also appreciated the fast answers to questions provided by both host and agency. We will be back!

Me and my family are very happy with the apartment. This is probably our tenth holiday in Antibes and during this time we have stayed in five or six different apartments. I can honestly say that this apartment is the best in our experience. It has a great location. The apartment has been perfectly renovated and is equipped with good household appliances. We liked everything. I really hope that we, in turn, were careful guests and left the apartment in the same condition in which it was before us.

We stayed in this lovely apartment for 5 nights in late May 2023. From the moment we booked we had great communication from the owner which made us feel comfortable with our decision. The check in was very easy and everything about the unit was explained to us clearly. We loved our stay in Antibes and I believe it was because the unit was so nice. The bedrooms were large, air conditioned and at the rear of the building so we had no street noise at night. The lounge room and kitchen are on the street side with a balcony and plenty of light. The unit has only recently been fully renovated and everything felt new. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting to stay in Antibes.

Me and my family had the pleasure of staying two weeks in this apartment. The apartment itself was perfect, and just as nice as the pictures shows and it is said in the description. Sylvestre (owner) always answered my messages very quickly and was accommodating when it came to arranging our arrival. I particularly loved the balconies. I had my morning coffee on the front balcony watching the city wake up. Thanks to an awning, it is possible to sit in shade from early morning to late evening.
The apartment's location is perfect too. It is a short walk to the beach, supermarket, local bakery, and the old town. And only15 min walk to the train station and approx 30 min to Juan-les-Pins.
We spent lazy days in Antibes, but also took short excursions to Juan-les-Pins and Cannes. I highly recommend this apartment and would love to come back!

Easy to locate this two bedroom two bathroom spacious apartment with a clean modern look. The pictures accurately represent the apartment. It easily accommodates four adults or a family.
Great restaurants and the waterfront are just a few steps out the front door. Ashley checked us in and out and is delightful and very knowledgeable.
If you have a car it must be tiny to fit in the garage. Street parking was not an issue in September. Make sure you follow the instructions on the Payent parking machines. Your car needs to always have a ticket in the window. Take a photo of your license plate as you need yo enter it into the system.
Happy travels and we recommend this Antibes apartment to you.

We stayed with our children (11 and 13) 5 nights in August. It was as described, comfortable and spacious. The air con was perfect in the hot weather and we made good use of the washing machine. Note that the master en-suite is doorless. There’s a lock in the main bedroom door though. It wasn’t a huge problem for us but
Worth noting if it might be.
The location is great. Superb (excellent) beaches nearby as were the supermarket. We walked over to Juan Les Pins - it’s really close. Worth a look but the beaches in Antibes were the best, especially for kids - shallow and safe.
Great communication with both Sylvestre (host) and Ashley (apartment manager) who was very relaxed and helpful. The buckets and spades and beach parasol for use was a nice touch. We felt very welcome and comfortable here. Thanks!

The photos are accurate but can’t convey the sense of spaciousness, a result of superb design. The separation of sleeping and living areas gives a feeling of a much larger flat. The appliances are new and state of the art and the kitchen is large, and efficiently designed. Our host has prepared a booklet of detailed instructions on every piece of equipment and was always available online to answer our questions. He was prompt, courteous and friendly. We could not have asked for a better host. Fifty meters from the beautiful seashore and ten minutes walk from the Old Town, the location is perfect. There are five excellent restaurants within a five minute walk
The handovers at the start and end of our stay were effortless. We spent five wonderful weeks in this flat and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. We would rent it again and we recommend it without reservation

My husband and I and two close family friends stayed for 5 nights at 55 Bd Foch in Antibes. The apartment was just as pictured and described online. It was very clean and well designed, beautifully appointed. The location was excellent for walking around and exploring the city of Antibes as well as Juan-les-Pins. We made a couple of day trips to Gourdin and St Paul de Vence but the apartment was so comfortable and well equipped, that we made dinner and dined on the patio a couple of nights. There is a great little market just across the street that made it extremely convenient to run over and pick up what we needed for our stay. We appreciated the lift when feeling too lazy to climb the stairs. The parking slot in the basement was, as described, small and tricky to get in and out of, but was appreciated as it can be challenging to find parking nearby, especially late in the day and on the weekend. (We were mindful of the need to rent a small car due to the description.) The Host was very gracious, available as needed, and responsive to all our questions. The Apartment Manager was helpful and efficient and made the check-in and out process easy. I would recommend this property as a wonderful place to stay in Antibes. It is perfect for two couples or a small family. We were grateful to find such a comfortable and well located property.
L’appartement est super dans un environnement magnifique. À pied: restaurants, boutiques, plage, souvenirs, musés, etc…Nous n’avions pas de voiture mais les transports en commun sont efficaces et pas très coûteux. On rejoint Nice facilement.
Communications avec le proprio faciles, petit guide d’infos utiles sur place et accueil chaleureux à l’arrivée. On retourne au Québec comblés!
Das Apartment entspricht der Beschreibung: bestens gelegen und modern ausgestattet. Sehr hilfreich ist auch, dass alle Zimmer über eine separate Klimaanlage verfügen. Man merkt, dass dem Vermieter sehr an einem schönen Aufenthalt gelegen ist. So erhält man beispielsweise auch viele nützliche Hinweise zu Restaurants und Cafés.
Der Vermieter ist zwar nicht selbst vor Ort. Es steht jedoch die gesamte Zeit eine Ansprechpartnerin zur Verfügung. Bei Ashley müssen wir uns bedanken. Als unsere Tochter Streptokokken bekam, konnte sie uns direkt einen Termin bei einem Kinderarzt vermitteln, obwohl bei den Ärzten eigentlich alles ausgebucht war.
Wir können uns gut vorstellen, in Antibes wieder Urlaub zu machen. Das Apartment würden wir dafür definitiv wieder buchen.

Everything is as in the description and in the photos. The location is perfect and the appartement is top clean.
The equipment ist really great.
The communication with owner Sylvestre is very good - he tries to prepare perfect holidays.
And we've never seen such a good informationmap (with photos) before.
Also perfect is the communication with the local concierge.

Appartement idéalement situé et entièrement rénové
Appartement pour 4 pers très confortable et entièrement rénové avec goût. L’existence d’un parking privé est réellement un plus. Le balcon permet de profiter de l’extérieur et offre une vue mer.
La localisation permet de tout faire à pied : vieille ville et plage.
Bon accueil et bonne communication avec l’hôte.
L’appartement entièrement rénové avec beaucoup de goût et des matériaux de qualité est très agréable à vivre, idéalement situé pour des vacances tout à pieds: plage, commerces, restaurants. On se sent comme chez soi. Très bon accueil à l’arrivée et au départ. Nous conseillons vivement cet appartement ; nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
