In the heart of Antibes, this fully renovated 62m2 apartment with a side sea view, welcomes guests with its 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a small garage in the basement.
It is ideally located in the Square Albert 1° district, 100m from the Ponteil beach and 5 minutes from the old town with its Provencal market and all everyday shops can be found nearby.

The living room opens onto a balcony with side sea views. The 2 bedrooms open onto a quiet inner courtyard. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Located on the 4th floor with elevator, the apartment is full of light and airy.

Renovated with quality materials, it comprises a living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed and en-suite bathroom + WC (without door), 1 bedroom with 2 twin 90 cm beds, a second bathroom with WC.

All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with electric roller shutters and large closets to store your suitcases and personal belongings.

Ideal for relaxing and enjoying your vacation. Or to work, thanks to its chair & desk and 400 Mbit/s fiber internet connection (actual measured speed, see photos).

This apartment is not a hotel, we also stay here from time to time, so it's fully equipped and fitted with what we like, we leave books and magazines here. It is equipped with high-speed wifi (fiber), cable TV (160 channels), Bluetooth speaker, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, toaster, 2 ovens, induction hob, ...) complete the set. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board are also provided.

The apartment has a small garage in the basement for a car of average length (a VW Passat just fits with a lot of effort) and not too low (a Hyundai i20 has had problems recently). You also need to be comfortable in a cramped manoeuvring space. There are also 3 parking lots (with a charge in Summer, free the rest of the year) within a 5-minute walk. Electric recharge stations are available at the Ponteil Parking lot, 200m from the apartment.

Two sets of keys are given to travelers, and another is left with the concierge for cleaning.

It’s a Wonderful Apartment for 4 Adults

We stayed in this lovely apartment for 5 nights in late May 2023. From the moment we booked we had great communication from the owner which made us feel comfortable with our decision. The check in was very easy and everything about the unit was explained to us clearly. We loved our stay in Antibes and I believe it was because the unit was so nice. The bedrooms were large, air conditioned and at the rear of the building so we had no street noise at night. The lounge room and kitchen are on the street side with a balcony and plenty of light. The unit has only recently been fully renovated and everything felt new. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting to stay in Antibes.

Absolutely fabulous

This was our second stay at this flat. It is more impressive than the photos show. Amazing location 50 meters from the beautiful beaches and a seven minute walk to the restaurants in the Old Town. Our grandchildren visited and we were comfortable with four adults present. Our host was always available if we had any questions. We thorough enjoyed our stay and will be back next year. We recommend it without reservation

L’appartement est super dans un environnement magnifique. À pied: restaurants, boutiques, plage, souvenirs, musés, etc…Nous n’avions pas de voiture mais les transports en commun sont efficaces et pas très coûteux. On rejoint Nice facilement. Communications avec le proprio faciles, petit guide d’infos utiles sur place et accueil chaleureux à l’arrivée. On retourne au Québec comblés!

Nice apartment in a great location

Easy to locate this two bedroom two bathroom spacious apartment with a clean modern look. The pictures accurately represent the apartment. It easily accommodates four adults or a family. Great restaurants and the waterfront are just a few steps out the front door. Ashley checked us in and out and is delightful and very knowledgeable. If you have a car it must be tiny to fit in the garage. Street parking was not an issue in September. Make sure you follow the instructions on the Payent parking machines. Your car needs to always have a ticket in the window. Take a photo of your license plate as you need yo enter it into the system. Happy travels and we recommend this Antibes apartment to you.

Pleasant and well positioned for everything!

We stayed with our children (11 and 13) 5 nights in August. It was as described, comfortable and spacious. The air con was perfect in the hot weather and we made good use of the washing machine. Note that the master en-suite is doorless. There’s a lock in the main bedroom door though. It wasn’t a huge problem for us but Worth noting if it might be. The location is great. Superb (excellent) beaches nearby as were the supermarket. We walked over to Juan Les Pins - it’s really close. Worth a look but the beaches in Antibes were the best, especially for kids - shallow and safe. Great communication with both Sylvestre (host) and Ashley (apartment manager) who was very relaxed and helpful. The buckets and spades and beach parasol for use was a nice touch. We felt very welcome and comfortable here. Thanks!
