About this property

Villa 4 persons with swimming pool near Châteauneuf-duPape and Avignon

Pleasant and bright house of 145m2 with all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay.

On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, oven, induction hob and dishwasher) and a pantry with washing machine and storage for your groceries.
A large air-conditioned living room with a view of the pool, with dining table, chairs, sofa, armchair and television. Wifi included.
A night side with bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet and a bedroom with two single beds. (Travel cot on request).
On the 1st floor you will find a large air-conditioned master suite with dressing room and shower room.
Wifi, netflix.

Outside, the terrace and pool are south-facing and you can enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset.
The 6*3 swimming pool is secured with an electric shutter. You will have at your disposal a comfortable garden furniture, deckchairs, a hammock and parasol as well as a dining table and a gas barbecue.
You can also enjoy a small petanque court.

The house is located 10km from Avignon (about 15 minutes by car from the historic centre). If you prefer, you can take the train which will take you in 6 minutes to the heart of the city.
The house is located in a quiet area 3 km from the charming village of Chateauneuf-du-pape, you can walk through the vineyards from the house.


A 5 minute drive away you can find a supermarket, bakery and pharmacy. A large shopping centre with shops, hypermarket and restaurants is 10 minutes away.

Maison conforme aux photos et a la description ou nous avons passé 03 belles semaines cet été. La maison est top, tres agréable et bien équipée. La climatisation et la piscine permettent de supporter sans problème les fortes chaleurs. Le quartier est tranquille. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances

Wohnen wie Zuhause

Wir haben 2 angenehme Wochen mit 4 Personen in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Komplett ausgestattet hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, alles hat tadellos funktioniert. Der Pool hat für die tägliche Erfrischung gesorgt, Gartenmöbel sind ausreichend und in einem sehr guten Zustand vorhanden. Auch der Gasgrill wurde gern genutzt. Ruhige Lage in einer reinen Wohnsiedlung am Ende einer Sackgasse mit sehr wenig Verkehr. Allerdings benötigt man einen PKW um die notwendigen Einkäufe zu erledigen oder um die Gastronomie zu besuchen, da die entsprechenden Lokalitäten erst in einiger Entfernung anzutreffen sind.

Excellent sejour

Je recommande vivement cette location pour un séjour en famille. Maison propre, bien située pour visiter différents lieux touristiques Avignon, Isle sur la Sorgue , Gordes… Excellent accueil ,les propriétaires sont très accueillants disponibles et de très bon conseil pour visiter les environs. Maison calme et climatisée. Commerces à proximité mais il est nécessaire d’avoir un véhicule. Piscine très agréable pour se détendre et s’amuser. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Vacances en famille à Sorgues

Maison idéale pour un couple et deux enfants. La maison est parfaitement sécurisée (volet pour la piscine et clôturée). La maison est assez spacieuse et la suite parentale est très appréciable. Le village de Sorgues n’a pas bcp d’intérêt mais il a l’avantage d’être situé à proximité de nombreux points d’intérêts : Avignon, Saint-Rémy de Provence, les baux de Provence, Isles sur la Sorgues,… Les hôtes sont ultra réactif et s’assurent que vous avez tout pour être parfaitement installé. Un livre parcourant les promenades, restos, points d’intérêts est à disposition et super bien détaillé. Bref un séjour parfait encore merci ☺️
