Propreté de lhergement irréprochable, par contre il était stipulé accès piscine avec la résidence: surprise quand on arrive elle n’est pas fonctionnel, nous n’avons pas été prévenu. Nous n’avons jamais vu la couleur de là piscine ni l’accès au terrain de tennis … que des mensonges… on le signale au propriétaire qui kois fait un remboursement de 50€ et nous dir la plage cest bien mieu , et on pense faire passer la pillule avec ca ? Petite fille de 2 ns privee de piscine ( ne pouvant pas aller a la mer car elle a des crises d’excema) vacance gacher par la mauvaise fou du propriétaire

Chère madame, je suis navré pour vous mais l'accès à la piscine a été fermé pour l'année 2023 suite à des fuites sur le bassin. Elle devra être fonctionnelle pour 2024. Cela a été notifié sur l'annonce comme je vous l'ai prouvé capture d'écran à l'appui. Neanmoins je comprends votre déception si vous ne l'aviez pas vu et c'est la raison pour laquelle je vous ai proposé ce geste commercial que je n'étais pas obligé de faire. Pour les terrains de tennis vous auriez du me questionner mais leur localisation est mentionnée sur le plan de la fiche du logement. Ils sont fonctionnels et accessibles. Encore navré pour vous que vos vacances ne se soient pas déroulées comme prévu, au plaisir de vous revoir sur la côte bleue!

UN SEJOUR IDEAL
Appartement situé au 3e étage sans ascenseur, sur le port de Sausset les Pins, avec vue splendide depuis la terrasse. Une chambre et une pièce de vie décorées avec goût. Une salle de bain avec baignoire. L'appartement a tout le nécessaire : four micro ondes, four, grill pain, cafetière, lave vaisselle. Parking gratuit à proximité. Nous avons été accueillis avec gentillesse et bienveillance. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de détente. Nous recommandons donc cet appartement.
