Bonjour,

Nous mettons en location notre Bell appartement à villers sur mer ! Il est situé au sein d’une résidence privée avec piscine (uniquement ouverte lors des mois de juillet et août) et place de parking privative.
L’appartement a été refait à neuf il y a quelques mois, il est en rez de jardin avec un jardin privatif de plus de 40 m2, idéal pour enfants !
Notre appartement fait environ 35m2 et est extrêmement bien optimisé et très pratique :
- 1 chambre avec lit double et armoire
- 1 salon tout équipe avec canapé, table basse, télévision, lecteur Blu-ray, bibliothèque
- 1 cuisine complète donnant dans le salon (four, lave vaisselle, plaque vitrocéramiques, micro ondes)
- 1 salle de bain avec douche, lavabo et lave linge / sèche linge
- 1 toilette avec accès au ballon d’eau chaude
- 1 belle terrasse avec table et 6 chaises en bois exotique pour vos repas en extérieur sous le soleil

Vous apprécierez la tranquillité de la résidence, l’accès à la piscine en haute saison, la place de stationnement privatif, ainsi que la proximité des principaux points d’intérêts de Villers sur mer :
- plage : 12 minutes à pied et 4 minutes en voiture
- centre ville avec de nombreux restaurants : 9 minutes à pied et 2 minutes en voiture
- supermarché : 9 minutes à pied et 2 minutes en voiture
- Casino : 20 minutes à pied et 10 minutes en voiture
- Gare de villers sur mer : 25 minutes à pied et 12 minutes en voiture

Enjoying the summer at the French coast

Nice apartment, quiet and with spacious garden. Walking distance from the village and beach. Being provided with a own ‘cabine’ at the beach was a real bonus !

très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement sur jardin. La résidence est très proche du centre ville de Villers (5mn à pied) des commerces ainsi que de la plage. Le jardin est très très agréable, entouré d'arbres, et les oiseaux qui s'en donnent à coeur joie. Bon accueil de Pascaline. L'appartement a tout le confort (petite suggestion, il manquerait un saladier). Je le conseille vivement.
