Oceanfront Home with Beach Views that Don't End

Our home offers 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites, 3.5 bathrooms and an inverted floorplan with upstairs living and dining. The views cannot be beat. Enjoy your morning coffee / tea or an afternoon cocktail while watching the waves roll in. This beachfront property is the perfect place to relax and recharge with family and friends while enjoying direct beach access and never ending ocean views. This home offers new HVAC systems with ion air purifiers for improved air quality (upstairs replaced in February 2025 and downstairs replaced in July 2021), quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances (new fridge June 2021), and plank floors throughout (no carpet in the home). Enjoy 2 oceanfront master suites with access to the beachfront deck. Both master suites offer king beds (with new mattress as of Jan 2021) and a private bathroom (new vanities / toilets in bathrooms as of May 2021). The 3rd bedroom offers a queen bed while the 4th bedroom has a triple bunk bed to allow for multiple or larger families. Each bedroom offers an outlet with USB plug built in. There is extra sleeping space available in the living room, the sofa offers a queen pullout.

While at the beach you can also enjoy all of the amenities you are used to at home. We offer high speed internet, DIRECTV streaming, games and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining room table easily seats 10 people (new as of Jan 2021). There is a pack n' play, high chair and baby gates available in the 4th bedroom closet. Laundry is located on the first floor with a LG washer and dryer new in 2023. Three gates have been added to the deck as of Jan 2021. Gates located on the upstairs deck, at the end of the deck leading to the beach and at the steps leading down to the outdoor shower.

A 3rd party company will take trash / recycling bins to the road the night before pick-up and place them back up at the home the day after the trash is picked up.

A Repeat Wonderful Stay

Just returned from a second stay at this lovely home, and we had another wonderful vacation! The views and location cannot be beat. The beach is wide with plenty of room to spread out, and it’s never crowded. The walkway, multiple spigots, and outdoor shower (with much appreciated hot water) make everything so easy. The rooms are perfect for our family. We are picky about our beds and find all of the mattresses to be very comfortable. A beautiful relaxing house that we will gladly return to again!

My family has now stayed at this property a few times and have been very happy. Every time we visit, we notice improvements have been made to the property (e.g., new decking), so it is clearly well maintained. Great low-key location on the beach!

Perfect Family Getaway

This property was perfect for a weekend visiting our son in the Marine Corps. The amazing views and oceanfront location can’t be beat. Beds were comfortable, and we loved the layout of the house. We will definitely be back if we have the opportunity.

Shore beats work…best rental home we’ve ever stayed in

This was our 3rd family vacation to Shore Beats Work. We absolutely love Jada’s home, and Jada makes communication super easy. This home is fully stocked in the kitchen for all your cooking needs, feels like home away from home, and the view is breathtaking. Where this home sits the beach is wide, and honestly you feel like you have the whole beach to yourself, which makes it super relaxing. We love this home and always look forward to another trip here!

WOW what a house!!

This house is awesome! Thank you Jada for allowing us to stay here for the week. We all came in from Ohio for my nieces wedding in Jacksonville. I couldn't be more pleased with this house, it was extremely accommodating and just made you feel at home. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to stay right on the Ocean and have a wonderful time in a beautiful home. Jada sure does treat you well with all the welcome items and everything available in the house!! Thanks.

A week in Paradise

We absolutely loved the home! I was pleasantly surprised by all of the seasonings and cookware that was available. We brought our own just in case but we could have done without. The home was super clean and the beds so comfy! There were some beach chairs in the outdoor shower that we were pleased to find. We purchased boogie boards and some beach toys that we left so others could enjoy them. It’s nice to show up and have extra items that you weren’t expecting. We wanted to stay longer….just weren’t ready to leave….. but it was already booked:( We will definitely be back!

Beautiful, Clean, Comfortable + Direct Beach Access

We visited for just two nights April 2023 during daughter's HS spring break. The property was in great shape and really perfect in all aspects one would desire for a beachfront vacation: very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen well supplied, porches were ample on both floors with direct / private deck path to the beach. The beach is wide at this location, sand soft and wasn't populated barely at all (keep in mind it was April - we even swam in the ocean and got to see dolphins swimming in the ocean!). If you are looking for easy access and comfortable home, this is a great choice. The owner was very quick to respond and a very clear communicator. While there, if you are looking for a nice dinner out, we highly recommend Splash by the Sea. It is just a few miles north and right on the beach. The food was fabulous. We ate there both nights. I recommend going there no later than 5:30pm if you don't want to have to wait for a seating.

Jada was very responsive every time I reached out to her. Overall, the place was very clean (floors needed to be mopped, but otherwise the place was very clean). The rental was quiet, well stocked, and in a great location. We very much enjoyed our visit and will keep it in mind for future visits.

Great place to stay, right on the beach and easy access to the beach! We would gladly come again in the future it was a great time, the kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials and the knives were great! Linens are provided except for beach towels so packing was easier! If you decide to pick this place, you will not be disappointed! The pictures were from our murder mystery night. We do a game every year! So we don’t always look like the picture that we sent you.

The property was exactly as pictured in the listing. Check-in process was seamless and the house was immaculate when we arrived. The floor plan fit perfectly with our multi-family party, offering 2 master bedrooms as well as 2 additional bedrooms for all the kids. The inverted floor plan also benefited our toddler’s nap schedule, providing a quiet space while the rest of the family could come and go from the beach on the upper level. We couldn’t ask for easier or better access to the beach. Because this stretch of Topsail Beach is single-row housing (meaning there are not homes behind this property) we had a very large stretch of beach to ourselves. Even during high tide there was still plenty of room to play, lounge and fish. I cannot say enough about the cleanliness of the property. It was, by far, the cleanest rental property I’ve ever stayed in. Even using a white bath towel to wipe up water on the bathroom floor, not a single speck of dirt appeared! This home is just far enough away from the center of town that it provided us with the level of privacy we were looking for, but a quick five minute drive offered us all the shopping and dining we needed. I highly recommend this property and will be rebooking for years to come.

This was our second stay here, and it was just as amazing as we remembered. All the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the layout is perfect, and everything feels fresh. We love the outdoor shower, too! We couldn't have had a better stay. We accidently left something behind and the owner went above and beyond to make sure we got it back.

Perfect for the whole family

We are a family of 6 with kiddos ages 1-6 and our stay here was the smoothest it could get for traveling with young kids! Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the stay! The kitchen is fully stocked and ideal for feeding a bunch of kids all day. Being directly on the beach was perfect. Jada was quick to respond to any questions I had and was even able to accommodate us checking in early! We made some amazing memories on this trip and can’t wait to stay again next year :) thank you!!
