Welcome to "Salt & Sound", where your worries drift away as you relax and enjoy this tranquil waterfront property.

Conveniently located on beautiful Topsail Island centrally between both bridges for easy access to the mainland. With direct access to the intracoastal and still being just steps away from the sandy beach just across the street, what more could you wish for!

Spend the time sitting on one of the many porches, relaxing on the dock watching the fish jumping, or soak up the sun with your toes in the sand. Whatever you enjoy best, this home has it all.

The property boasts a reverse floor plan offering excellent views of the intracoastal waterway (sound) as well as the ocean (salt). And now you know how we came up with the name :). The home is well appointed and recently decorated, featuring a large, open-plan living/dining area with a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. It boasts 4 good-sized bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms for you to enjoy a comfortable stay.

The main living/dining/kitchen area offers comfortable couches, armchairs, coffee table, and a large smart TV, a huge dining table with seating for 8, plus 4 stools to sit at the large kitchen island. The kitchen offers everything you could need, including stainless steel appliances, granite counters, even a keurig machine, and a traditional coffee maker. Plus it provides all the silverware, plates, cups, you name it... and yes, including the kitchen sink. :)

Bedroom configurations include: 1 x king room, 1 x queen room, 1 x bunk room (2 sets of bunk beds) on the lower level, plus 1 x queen room on the upper level, convenient to the living area. All bedrooms, feature smart TV's and usb outlets for your convenience and enjoyment. Additionally, a pullout sleeper sofa is available in the living room, enabling enough beds to sleep 12.

The two full bathrooms on the lower floor offer tub/shower combo's, and the third, on the upper level, offers a walk-in shower.

This property is so lovely. Beautiful views of the sound (inlet), enjoyed drinking coffee each morning on the back porch while enjoying the view. There is even a view of the ocean on the front porch and a short walk to the beach. Open living area, with loads of space for everyone. Well appointed kitchen. Bedrooms are roomy and mattresses were great! We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing and easy place to be! Cannot wait to go back!
