Large spacious villa on the banks of the Gironde estuary. You will stay in a charming village of the Médoc, the house has been completely redone and has a beautiful exterior with swimming pool of 11x4.5m heated to 29°, a magnificent living room with high-end home cinema. The village is 20 minutes from the first ocean beaches, 10 minutes from the large shops, restaurants on site and numerous activities all around the peninsula. The accommodation
The house consists of two independent parts, separated by the living room and the kitchen, ideal for two families. On each side two beautiful bedrooms (160 beds), one with terrace and view of the vineyards and the other with large dressing room, private bathroom and toilet. Two other bedrooms (bed 140 and 120) opening directly onto the garden, with shared bathroom and toilet. An additional bedroom is possible (sofa bed 140).
Beautiful kitchen with large table, American fridge, oven and washing machine of very good quality, microwave, dishwasher.
A pool area with pull house (bar, plancha, table), deckchairs at your disposal, deckchairs.
An indoor ping-pong area.
Car parking on site and electric charging socket provided.
