The house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests in a warm, well-kept setting. There are 4 bright, quiet bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one with a separate shower), and 3 WCs for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy, while the inviting living room is ideal for time together with family or friends. A private garage holds up to 3 vehicles.



Outside, enjoy a shaded private garden with a century-old cedar—perfect for meals on the terrace or relaxing moments.



Bed linen is provided (except towels). Beds can be made for you on request. Heating is available for an additional charge depending on your stay.



The house is just 2 km from Mortagne-sur-Gironde and its picturesque port lined with limestone cliffs. A cycling route passes right by the property, leading to the Gironde estuary—the largest in Europe—from the Cordouan lighthouse to Bordeaux. The beaches of Meschers-sur-Gironde are 20 minutes away. Royan and Saintes are both 30 km away; La Rochelle and Bordeaux are about 100 km. Enjoy hiking, cycling, heritage sites, local markets, and water activities during your stay.
