You will be accommodated in a small residence of 4 rentals (1 villa and 3 cottages), in a flowery tropical garden with a secure swimming pool of 3.5 metres X 5.5 metres.<br><br>Take advantage of this ideal location, between Deshaies and Bouillante and 2 km from the crossing road, right in front of the cocoa house.<br><br>You will have easy access to shops, the beach and the various activities offered on the leeward coast.<br><br>Caribbean beach is 800 metres away with restaurants, showers, diving club, big game fishing, snorkelling and water hiking.<br><br>Another small wild and deserted beach, with pebbles and sand, is 300 metres away.<br><br>Your children are welcome:<br>Residence referenced on the blog "Voyages et Enfants"<br><br>The Alpinia gîte:<br>50m² interior as well as a large outdoor terrace of 14m²<br><br>- Air-conditioned bedroom n°1 with a double bed (160cm)<br><br>- Air-conditioned bedroom n°2 with a double bed (160cm) and two single bunk beds (90cm)<br><br>- bathroom with shower, sink, toilet<br><br>- American kitchen with dining area, washing machine and dishwasher, oven and microwave<br><br>- Terrace, lounge area, hammock, view of the private garden, access to the shared swimming pool<br><br>The comfort of our rentals:<br>- linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels, carpets) and changed once a week,<br>- iron and ironing board, barbecue, washing machine in each rental, flat screen TV.<br>- Rental of beach towels on request: 5 euros per towel for the stay<br>- Children's welcome: travel cot with mattress, mosquito net and linen, bathtub and high chair if necessary, toy box, beach games.<br>- books and novels, a very complete folder of information on the surrounding activities,<br>- WIFI internet, free, unlimited<br>- mosquito nets on all beds.<br><br>Kitchen equipment:<br>3 or 4 gas burners, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, cooler for shopping or picnic, barbecue.<br><br>On arrival: First breakfast kit, for any stay of 3 nights minimum (coffee, tea, chocolate, rusks or sandwich bread, jam, juice, water, milk, sugar)<br>Small groceries: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar / Cleaning products provided
