Friendly house located on a 1000 sqm enclosed pine plot, in a very good residential area the 'Vallons du Ferret', in walking distance to the bay and the fishermans village L'Herbe. The house is simply furnished but offers everything you need for a beach vacation.
The living room offers a sofa set, fireplace, TV and dining area. Separate fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with twin bed 1.60m, bathroom, separate toilet. Large terrace with garden furniture, deck chairs, parasol and barbecue.
Distances: about 1.2 km to the ocean beach, 800 m to shops and restaurants, 800 m to the bay.

Villa agréable dans un beau quartier

L'emplacement de la villa est très bien, dans un beau quartier résidentiel de la dune du Canon, sous les pins, au croisement de 2 rues calmes. A proximité des commerces et du village ostréicole, sans en avoir les nuisances. La villa est très logeable et agréable, avec une belle terrasse. Le mobilier est fonctionnel mais rustique, comme la plomberie qui, à ce niveau de tarif, mériterait une petite rénovation (douche avec un robinet au ras du sol, sans mitigeur ! et chauffe-eau à gaz qui se déclenche quand il veut). Mais ça n'empêche pas de passer un très bon séjour à l'écart de l'agitation du Cap Ferret. Enfin l'accueil par l'agence de Marie est professionnel.

Un séjour bien réussi. La maison est propre, agréable à vivre, elle a tout ce qu’il faut, et la terrasse est superbe. Un grand plus aussi l’emplacement, tout possible à pied, (océan, bassin village du Canon et Herbe) A refaire absolument !

Maries place was lovely for a family of six. The very nice terrace and spacious garden, offer quality time for the whole family. The house is simple but well organized and clean. We felt comfortable and are already looking forward to our next stay.
