This 4BR/3BA condo is spread out over 1500 sq ft and has been entirely remodeled with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, new carpeting, kitchen cabinetry, quartz countertops, and all new decor! It features a private patio, fireplace, smart TVs in every room, and a soaking tub in the master bathroom. It has its own private entrance with keypad access and 2 assigned parking spots. It's a 10 min walk/5 min drive to the Gondola, and also has 2 free bus stops nearby to go Downtown.

This 4BR/3BA condo is a 10-minute walk/5-minute drive from the slopes. After a day of adventure, relax in the main room with mountain views and a fireplace.

This newly remodeled space has everything you need and is perfect for couples, families, and large groups. It's a great home to recover from a long day on the mountain.

COVID-19 UPDATES
This home is professionally cleaned with products approved by the EPA for use against COVID-19. For guests staying on or between November 20 to December 19, 2020, Colorado Public Health Order states no more than 1 household allowed to stay at short term lodging operations.

Relax in front of the fireplace on the La-Z-Boy sofa (includes 2 recliners and a pull out bed), and enjoy a movie on the 65" flat-screen TV.

The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, stove, and microwave. The nearby pantry contains a crockpot and other essentials. Brew morning coffee and enjoy at the breakfast bar with seating for four.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This home sleeps ten guests comfortably between the four queen beds and sleeper sofa.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a smart TV. The en-suite master bathroom contains a soaking tub, glass shower, double vanity, and a full walk-in closet.

THE LOCATION

This condo is a short drive (5 minutes) from the popular Steamboat Ski Resort where you can chase powder in the winter and ride horses or float skyward in a hot air balloon during the warmer months. When all that adventure leaves you with an appetite, you’ll have plenty of restaurants to choose from at the base, including Truffle Pig and Slopeside Grill.

Visit Howelsen Ice Arena (a 10-minute drive away) to try the ice bumper cars, Strawberry Hot Springs, or stop by Fish Creek Falls and Yampa River Botanic Park, both within 20 minutes, for a scenic walk/hike. Snowmobile or snowshoe Rabbit Ears Pass nearby.

This property is a beautifully, upgraded condo. It has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchen and livingroom are open together and spacious. Everything was very clean and fresh. The instructions for time of arrival and departure were clear and the access information was perfect. I'd stay here again.

My partner, Claire, and I moved to Denver, Colorado 6 years ago after relocating from the East Coast. We enjoy many outdoor activities in the mountains including snowboarding, skiing, snow shoeing, hiking, and paddle boarding. We fell in love with Steamboat Springs for it's champagne powder, welcoming community, and beautiful sunsets.

Why they chose this property

This condo was remodeled down to the studs and the renovation completed in October 2020. The condo feels large with high ceilings in the open living room and it is spread out over 3 floors. The condo is within walking distance to the Gondola and the complex is only 30 units and occupied mostly by locals who provide the services and hospitality that gives Steamboat Springs it's charm.

What makes this property unique

We believe in providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience to guests so we have outfitted every room with a smart TV with streaming apps, provided board games for adults and kids, and even provide a bidet in every bathroom.
