A 200-square-meter villa surrounded by nature, just a few kilometres from Saint-Tropez, nestled in the heart of the Maures Mountains, amidst the vineyards, in the charming village of La Mole on a 5,000-square-meter lot, offering the advantage of being surrounded only by nature and native regional flora—and, of course, free from the noise of neighbors, who are a good distance away.

The house, fully air-conditioned, features a bohemian decor and is equipped with all the amenities you’ll need for a very pleasant stay.
It features 4 bedrooms (3 with 160 beds and 1 with a 140 bed), including a master suite, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, a very large living room with a fully equipped open-concept kitchen (oven, refrigerator, hob, various kitchen appliances, microwave, toaster, ice maker, blender, juicer, Nespresso machine…), and a dining room bathed in light thanks to its sunroom.
You can also enjoy a TV lounge, which is the perfect space for your children, as well as a laundry room (with a washing machine and dryer).

Outside,
you’ll enjoy a 12-meter-long by 5-meter-wide infinity pool with all the essentials (lounge chairs, umbrellas).
For your meals, you can use the barbecue or the plancha, which are available for your use on the back terrace of the house.

The house features several additional terraces where you can relax in peace or enjoy time with friends and family over an aperitif or while playing pétanque on a charming, rustic pétanque court.

The parking area can accommodate 3 cars.
Bedding and towels (bath and face) are included, as is a cleaning service upon your arrival. Additional cleaning services are available during your stay (at your own expense; please arrange directly with the housekeeper).
