Gulf views from family room, and, master bedroom Also across the street of the white sandy beach, blue/green water and great sunsets.
Screened porch /lanai, laundry in unit, and plenty of closets. fully equipped kitchen, 2 nice bedrooms and 2 full baths. ( 1150 sq. ft.) Year around Heated pool. Less than 5 minutes walk to 9 restaurants. 2 of them 500 feet away on the beach. Many shops nearby. Free Trolley to the length of the island. Trolley stop across the street. Condo unit has Sound proof doors, and windows, to insure less noise from cars...
Small quiet 40 unit complex, with year around heated pool. Elevator to all 3 floors. We are located on 2nd floor above parking garage. (Parking is on 1st floor.)

The location of the condo as far as the beach location goes was excellent. Ability to walk to many restaurants was great. Very noisy from traffic.

Great place!!!

We loved the condo, it was very well stocked, is in a great location, and had a screened in balcony. While there were a couple mechanical issues (not the owners fault), the owner responded very quickly and did what he could to resolve. The condo is spacious and the kitchen is nicely equipped. We stayed for a month and enjoyed every minute of it.
