Unit 262 LOCATED IN RUNAWAY BAY IS A PET-FRIENDLY - BEAUTIFULLY REMODELED CONDO!!! Bright and beachy second floor 2 BR/2 BA vacation getaway overlooking pool and courtyard from screened in balcony. Master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has two full size beds. Queen sleeper sofa in the living. Wood flooring throughout and tastefully decorated accessories. Open and well-stocked full size kitchen that contains all the comforts of home.
TV's in living room and bedrooms. Full size washer and dryer in condo for your personal use. New HVAC system 2/22.

Cieling fans in master bedroom , guest bedroom and living room.

6 Beach chairs, umbrella, beach buggy, various coolers and some beach toys are included in this unit.

IF RENTING A GOLF CART - GAS ONLY and must be approved

1 Pet is considered based on prior approval up to 25lbs, $150.00 non-refundable pet fee and an additional $250.00 Security Deposit. Mandatory copy of shot records.

Amenities include: Largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, shuffleboard, bocce ball, pickleball, fitness center, BBQ grills, kayak launch and fishing pier. Basic cable and WIFI internet access are included. 7 days minimum stay with monthly rates available.

Rates shown are base rents including utilities. Additional fees include departure cleaning fee, booking fee, sales/resort taxes and pet fees, if applicable. Internet fees will be charged, if not provided by owner.

Amazing time

Love this unit and this complex! The pool is amazing. The people are very nice. Wagner realty doesn’t amazing job and is on top of everything… Super organized! We absolutely love that the unit was completely equipped with everything we needed for the beach and pool! We would definitely like to come again!

Nice condo only steps away from beach

We had a great stay at your property at Runaway Bay in Bradenton Beach last week. Everything was as described. Enjoyed the convenience to the beach and a few local restaurants. The grounds within Runaway Bay was very clean and you can tell they work hard to keep everything looking nice for guests. I read this in another review but want to call it out because it’s true…the bed was very comfortable. Only when I took the sheets off as part of our check out process did I realize it’s the same mattress I have at home. Haha. There were quite a few lightbulbs out that should have been caught by the cleaning crew. However, I will note property management called me because they had received a note from last guest and offered to come in and take care of it. It really wasn’t anything that was big deal to me so I just let them know they could wait until we checked out. Again, thank you for opening up your place to us and thank you for going the extra mile by having comfortable beds!
