Schöne Wohnung in gepflegter Anlage

Guter Ausgangspunkt für die schönen Strände an der Ostküste sowie verschiedene Ausflugsziele. Die Wohnung ist hell und sauber und verfügt über einen großen Balkon mit freier Aussicht in die Natur. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist gerade für Reisende mit Kindern ein tolles Extra.

Un séjour parfait !

Nous revenons d’un séjour en famille dans la location de Gilbert. Nous sommes tout simplement ravis ! Un accueil parfait, une réactivité, communication et bienveillance de sa part au top! L’appartement situé dans une petite résidence sécurisée est neuf, très propre et extrêmement bien équipé, à quelques minutes des plus belles plages en voiture et de différents sites. Débit internet impeccable. Grande piscine au calme. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés et c’est plaisir que nous reviendrons. Merci pour tout Gilbert.

Consigliatissimo!

Appartamento nuovissimo, pulito, luminoso, spazioso e con tutti i comfort (compresa la lavatrice). È in una posizione tranquilla e comoda per visitare la parte sud dell'isola (è a 10 minuti da Porto Vecchio). È vicinissimo alle spiagge di San Cipriano e Cala Rossa. Il proprietario Gilbert è stato molto disponibile e attento alle nostre richieste sia prima che durante il soggiorno. Lo consiglio!

Un soggiorno indimenticabile

L'appartamento di Gilbert ha reso la nostra vacanza davvero confortevole. La casa si trova in buona posizione, a 3 minuti d'auto dalla spiaggia di San Cipriano, a circa 15 minuti da Porto Vecchio e un'ora da Bonifacio. Non lontane anche le più famose e suggestive spiagge del sud della Corsica, con le loro acque cristalline. L'appartamento ha tutto ciò che si può desiderare e anche di più: lavastoviglie, forno, forno a microonde, macchina per il caffè, tostapane, phon, lavatrice, aria condizionata, tv (solo canali francesi - una smart tv sarebbe il top ;-) ) barbecue, stendino e mollette... La terrazza è davvero ampia e ben arredata, ideale per trascorrere delle piacevoli serate e mangiare all'aperto. Tutto l'arredamento è nuovo e di buona fattura. A disposizione ci sono biancheria per la casa, lenzuola e asciugamani ma anche detersivi e capsule per il caffè... L'appartamento, al primo piano, con accesso esclusivo dalle comode scale esterne, fa parte di un residence di villette di varia tipologia che creano un contesto davvero piacevole, grazie anche al verde ben curato. La proprietà, all'interno di un complesso recintato e chiuso da cancello elettrico con telecomando, ha in comune con le altre case una bella piscina. Ma ciò che fa davvero la differenza e ha reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile è la gentilezza e la disponibilità del proprietario che ci ha accolti di persona (anzi ci è addirittura venuto incontro) nonostante l'orario piuttosto tardo del nostro arrivo, ha sempre risposto con tempestività ai nostri dubbi, ha pensato di portare dei giochi in scatola per le nostre figlie, è pronto a migliorare e a accettare consigli costruttivi. Porteremo di Gilbert un bellissimo ricordo e... speriamo un giorno di rivederci! Consigliatissimo!

Vraiment superbe

Superbe résidence dans un endroit calme et agréable. Logement neuf très bien équipé et propre. Très belle piscine et propriétaire très sympathique et avenant.

Excellente prestation

Très belle location super bien équipée Emplacement idéal dans la résidence ( à la fois proche de la piscine et bien isolé du voisinage) A proximité de la plage de St cyprien et des commerces Idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances en Corse Nous reviendrons c’est sûr !!!
