Newly renovated house in a prime location. Just one block to mountain and hiking trails. Great for mountain biking, hiking, campgrounds and sledding in the winter. Hiking offers beautiful lake views just minutes away. A half mile from The Village, filled with charming shops and delicious restaurants.
If you are here to ski or snowboard you are in luck! We are just a few blocks to snow summit. Some great runs for every level of rider. Unlike a lot of the areas that are for rent this house feels secluded and has a large wooded lot so you can enjoy being outside and not in a crowded neighborhood.

The house is on a small tree lined street with large property which boasts your own wooded area, outdoor fire pit, tire swing and children's play structure.

The house has an outdoor deck with bbq. IT has a game room with pop a shot, air hockey and foosball. This can also be used as another sleeping area and has two bunk beds.

The house is ideal for one or two families. There are two upstairs bedrooms that share a bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a king bed with down alternative duvet. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with down alternative duvets. The downstairs bedroom is a large bunk room. It is a custom bunk with two full beds on the bottom and two twin beds on top. Each bedroom has a tv, closet, and dresser.

This is our second home, not just a rental house. All the furniture, kitchen tools etc are high end. The kitchen is large and fully stocked with equipment. Whether you are baking cookies or cooking a full thanksgiving dinner...You should have all the tools that you need.

Nest heating system. central air conditioning. The game room has its own heating and cooling system.

Lovely house, great location.

This was the perfect mountain getaway home, Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more which was a refreshing change. We had teenagers who loved the playroom and multiple TVs so everybody could watch what they wanted. I had a fabulous time and would recommend this place!

Best location at big bear

Our group spent New Years at Big Bear, and this house was just perfect in its location to Snow Summit and the Village. Everywhere we wanted to go was about 0.5-1.5miles and with so much traffic over a holiday weekend, that adjacency was so nice since it was all walkable. The house itself has really nice architecture and the rooms are super clean/cozy. The Nest kept the house at the perfect temperature and the back yard had a tiny hill for sledding which was fun. Everyone in the group was super comfortable. There were a few small things that could have made it even better. The hand soap bottles were almost empty and we had difficulty finding a refill so we ended up using body wash and dish soap since we were too lazy to make another trip to the store. It also would have been nice for the house to have large heavy duty trash bags. We cooked a fair amount and had a lot of trash so using small grocery bags as trash bags made it difficult and inefficient since we had to carry all the trash to the facility (no trash pickup for house). But all in all, amazing house!!
