Lock up and put keys back in box. Strip beds slept in/needing laundered linens. Pile used towels in the bathrooms. Load dirty dishes into dishwasher - detergent under sink. Please start dishes.
If you have a dog, please clean up poop and take it with your trash. Big Bear is strict about guests taking their own trash - dump is on the way out, and less than a mile from the cabin.

While we live in Los Angeles with our two kids, we are East Coasters who grew up with four seasons. Even though the weather in LA leaves little to complain about, we regretted that our children had never enjoyed a single snow day. So we started looking for a cabin in the mountains. We were looking for an escape from the city where we could reconnect with nature and all four seasons. We found everything we wanted and more at Pine Cone Alley! We hope you will enjoy your stay . It is our home-away-from-home, and has become our refuge from our hectic Los Angeles life. We're hopeful it will do the same for you!-

Why they chose this property
We looked for a mountain cabin for years. (As a residential real estate broker, looking at properties comes natural.) We realized Big Bear offers so more than anywhere else.. as It truly is a year round community, with friendly people.. We added the 2nd bathroom and the laundry room to the loft. It was a great addition, as it enhances that fantastic loft for the kids!
We also built the 600+ sq ft rec room over the garage, and put a third bathroom in there too. It is so nice for families to have the separate space the rec room adds. All of the high end games make for lasting family memories.

What makes this property unique
Wonderful curb appeal with original Big Bear cabin charm in a fantastic location! A woodsy private lot, yet walking distance to shops and restaurants. Cozy mountain comfort, a fabulous detached recreation room, and all the modern necessities... including newly added central AC and force air Heat in the main cabin! Plus new leather sofas, new high-end SS appliances. Plus, a fenced dog run on the side of the cabin where your best friend can conduct business.
