Osprey-Upstairs Unit with Deck!
This apartment is the 2nd and 3rd floors of this beautifully renovated "Osprey" treehouse on Folly Beach. Take advantage of the six miles of wide beaches, surfing, fishing, kayaking, boating and eco-tours on Folly Beach by day and enjoy the fabulous foodie & cultural delights of downtown Charleston at night. Guests can use the upper balcony and front parking areas. There's also a shared outside shower at the base of the stairs. Depending on the season, there may be a resident or vacationer who are in a separate downstairs unit. Guests are not permitted to use the back garden or the downstairs patio space, this space is reserved for the downstairs unit. This is a quiet part of the island just two minutes walk to the beach, moments to center street nightlife, and approximately 30 minutes to historic downtown Charleston. A car or rented golf cart is the fastest around Folly Beach, definitely recommended for a trip to a bigger grocery store or to see all of Charleston's offerings.
