Allevard House ALLEVARD 80m2 mountain atmosphere

In a hamlet 3 km from ALLEVARD LES BAINS in FREYDON, at an elevation of 600 metres, in a bright, elegant, and spacious house set in an exceptional setting with a magnificent view of the mountains, an 80 m² mountain-style apartment for 4 people (we’ve added a freezer since there wasn’t one, as well as baby supplies)
1,500 m² garden
You’ll have exclusive use of the apartment during your stay
Freydon is located 5 minutes from Allevard in the Belledonne Massif, near the Le Collet d’Allevard and Le Pleynet ski resorts, Les Sept Laux
, and 25 minutes from the highway
. A native of Freydon, I’m offering this house in a quiet mountain hamlet, 3 km from Allevard-les-Bains in the Belledonne Mountains, divided into two apartments. the house can be rented in its entirety; it is 40 km from Grenoble, 40 km from Le Bourget-du-Lac, 30 km from Chambéry, 6 km from Savoie, and 25 minutes from the highway

Allevard is a spa town. There are numerous hiking opportunities (Belledonne, Chartreuse, Savoie).
You can set out on foot from the house (or by mountain bike) without taking the car.

Many activities are available: downhill, cross-country, or ski touring; road biking, mountain biking, rock climbing, paragliding, hiking, trail running, and fishing; tennis (paragliding school)

; sign up for wellness packages (spa, sauna, massage, etc.) and the fitness centre at the Allevard thermal baths.

In winter, you can go downhill skiing at the Collet d’Allevard resort or at 7Laux-Pleynet, located 15 km away; Collet d’Allevard also offers night skiing. Backcountry skiing and cross-country skiing are available nearby. There is an ice rink in Allevard.

There are various activities available for children: a swimming pool in Allevard, Lake Détrier (3 km away) or Lake Mirande, a tree-top adventure course, horseback riding, and pony rides.

Le séjour s'est très bien passé. Maison très confortable et notre hôte très agréable, communicative et à l'écoute.

Gite accueillant très bien situé et équipé

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à 3 (2 adultes mois et 1 bébé de 18mois ) dans ce gite. L'emplacement à proximité de nombreuses balades est idéal, la vue sur les montagnes est magnifique et rien ne nous a manqué niveau équipement. Le fait que les draps sont fournis est bien appréciable lorsqu'on est déjà bien chargé ! Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire et petits plus pour les enfants : animaux (moutons et poules) juste à côté de la maison. Pendant notre séjour la maison était partagée avec un autre couple avec enfant (appartement indépendant à l'étage) mais nos voisins étaient sympathiques et cela n'a pas posé de difficulté particulière.

Joli gîte confortable et bien placé

Très bon accueil pour ce gîte (2 dans une maison mais nous étions seuls locataires cette semaine). Bien rénové et bien situé au dessus d'Allevard-les-Bains. Seul bémol l'absence de congélateur /freezer qui nous a bien manqué cet été caniculaire.
