Very bright villa of 130m2, in a quiet and residential area. Two minutes walk from the heart of the village with local shops and 5 minutes by car from the beaches. You can also easily access the beach by a greenway.

Outside:
Spacious garden with above-ground swimming pool and large terrace facing south-east fully equipped. It consists of a masonry barbecue, a large table and chairs, parasol, fridge and refrigerated display case and solar lighting to enjoy the mild summer nights. In addition, a shaded pergola can accommodate you in this space.

Inside:
This charming house consists on the ground floor of a large living room, living-dining room of about 40m2 air-conditioned. An independent fitted kitchen (convection oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, blender....). A toilet and an entrance with bench to put on your shoes.

Upstairs, 3 large bedrooms (two air-conditioned) including a master suite with solarium. The bed is a queen size and the en-suite bathroom is equipped with a sink and a bathtub.
The other two bedrooms are equipped with a double loft bed and a pull-out bed with two mattresses.

We provide you with childcare equipment on request: namely a playpen, a travel cot and a cane stroller.

As far as the environment is concerned, we are 15 minutes south of Perpignan and 40 minutes from the Spanish border. Supermarkets are nearby, 10 minutes by car. The choice of beaches is vast and diversified, close to Collioure, city of art, Argeles sur mer for outings and night markets or Torreilles and Sainte Marie la mer for their wilder side. The pond of Canet with its fishermen's huts and pink flamingos or the lake of Villeneuve for relaxation or sports are also 7 minutes away by car.
