This is a clean, comfortable, adorable home situated in a perfect location…walking distance to Old Town Arvada, short, easy drives to Golden, Red Rocks, and other sites west of Denver. I just wish our stay could’ve been longer! Would stay again!
We didn't cook but the kitchen is spacious and clean and well stocked with coffee pods and an assortment of teas which we used. The clean and spacious house is in a great location just two blocks from shops, restaurants, cafes, bars in charming Old Town Arvada. The house is filled with older home charm, including an upright piano, very clean and lovely. We enjoyed our stay very much and would come back again.
This home feels warm and welcoming, perfect for a family stay. The host responded quickly whenever we reached out. It fit our group of four adults and a toddler with plenty of space. The toy room was an unexpected bonus—our granddaughter lit up the moment she discovered it. The kitchen’s spacious layout made preparing our Thanksgiving dinner easy. And the location couldn’t have been better; we walked to the restaurants and shops in Olde Town Arvada.
We had a fantastic stay at the Olde Town Piano House. It was a great experience. The best thing about this house is location, location, location. We were able to walk to dinner and shopping but best of all, it was conveniently located to see a concert at Red Rocks and a day trip to Rocky Mountain National Park.
We have stayed here other times and enjoy the central yet quiet location, the comfortable beds, the pleasant and accommodating owner and having a porch with a swing.
We had a wonderful trip back to Denver and this house was perfect for us. Easy access to the highway to get downtown or the mountains and was very cozy for some down time.
We had a great week at this property. The location is perfect for walking to dinner. The house was very clean and well stocked with household items that aren’t typical of most rentals! Will definitely stay here again!
This little house was immaculate and very well-stocked. The location was so great also! We were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants in Olde Town easily. Our group of 4 loved our stay!
This home was perfect for our families needs as we celebrated a college graduation. We were so thankful for easy walks to coffee shops and restaurants so we could divide and conquer. The host communicated well and our needs and desires were met! We had a great time.
Charming house in a great location. When we were not out enjoying sights and sounds elsewhere, we enjoyed being within walking distance of all Olde Town has to offer.
This is a great location within walking distance of historic downtown. Amenities were clean and the beds were comfy. I especially appreciated the hot water, big towels, and having enough kitchen supplies to prep our own meals.
Nice peaceful place in a walkable neighborhood. Only drawbacks were the lack of nearby groceries, and how tiny and spare the upstairs bathroom was. The price seemed a little bit high in the end, but we had what we needed, and I would recommend this place. Use the hand rail when going down the stairs!
Walkable to restaurants, shops. Sunday morning Farmers Market in the square was the highlight. Location is close to Denver for visiting sites; we recommend the Denver Art Museum & Meow Wolf. Also short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park and other fantastic hiking and scenery spots. Rental property was well stocked & clean with nice grill in the yard, plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, linens & towels, & pillows. Beds were comfortable. We didn’t do a lot of cooking, because it was stifling hot during our stay.
This house was spooky. Particularly the upstairs. We had to leave the first morning and book a new house. We did not feel comfortable staying here. I am not a “ghost person” but there was something going on here.I mean no disrespect to the owner but if we had strange and unsettling experiences here I’m sure they have as well.
Our favorite spot in the house was the front porch. Loved sitting out there. Stinks we couldn’t use the backyard, and there was limited comfortable seating in the living room for a group of 6, but it was a comfortable stay otherwise! Older than expected, but we couldn’t have had a better location!

Glad you enjoyed the front porch, Mandi! We’ve since added additional seating in the living room, and the backyard is now usable as well! Hope to host you again soon.
This trip was for a concert at Red Rocks. The location was perfect for everything. We took the train that is about 2 blocks away from house and takes you right down to the ballpark area. Also several nice locations for food and drinks within 3 blocks or less. Red Rocks was only 15 to 20 minutes away. The house had everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. Would definately stay here again.
