This Remodeled Brick Ranch is Located in the Heart of Denver within Minutes of the Light Rail station, Downtown Denver, Restaurants, Bars, Major Thoroughfares, Shopping Malls, Performing Arts Center, Sporting Arenas and Amusement Park. Beautiful Lake Park within Walking Distance and Views of Mountains and Skyline!

3 Gorgeous Bedrooms with Hotel Sheets you will Melt Into. This home will sleep 4 people.

Beautiful Kitchen with 4 Burner Gas Cooktop and Oven and all of the Amenities you need with Dining Room Attached.

No Convenience is Spared to Make Your Stay Comfortable and Relaxing.

We are cannabis friendly, but do ask that all smoking takes place outside the home on the large patio.

Information book will detail Restaurants, Denver Hot Spots, Maps of the City, How to work In-home Electronics, Wireless Internet Accessibility and More.

Guest have full and private access to entire main level, patio, yard and hot tub.

I live in separated apartment with a separated entrance. You will have complete privacy on the entire main level. Guest have complete privacy.

Please be aware that there is one exterior security camera which is located outside of the main entrance to the property.

Denver city ordinance requires that outside noise be restricted between the hours of 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property was really nice! The host was so nice and even gave us a tour when we arrived!
