My husband Peter and I fell in love with this property when we came across it while out for a ride one day. Perched up on a ridge, It has gorgeous 360 degree panoramic views from every angle on the property. We have spent the last three years lovingly remodeling, expanding, building and landscaping the property with lots of hard work and help from our two sons and many talented contractors and craftsmen.
Why they chose this property
This property has some of the best views in the Hill Country. The Oak trees are massive and plentiful and the natural rock walls and terrain are spectacular. It's located just steps from the Pedernales River and the famous Hamilton Pool Preserve Grotto. You won't find a more beautiful, peaceful place to relax and unwind, yet is close to everything you want or need.
What makes this property unique
Accessible to Downtown Austin and close to wineries, distilleries, breweries, shopping, great dining and the Wedding Capital of Texas--Dripping Springs. The property is 15 acres and also features an additional 6 Br Lodge and magnificent amenity barn with large open spaces perfect for larger gatherings and private events. It can be rented in its entirety for complete privacy.
