Stay with us at Serenity Chateau, a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom nestled in the heart of Lago Vista Texas, just a short distance to Lake Travis, enjoy waking up to nature all around, this home is on a peaceful street abundant with Deer and other wildlife. While staying with us enjoy access to Lago's Vistas owners only boat ramps, Sports Courts, Disk golf, beaches, parks & fishing piers. The space
This 3 bedroom 2 bath home has been set up solely for Short term guests like you! We have tried to think of everything to make your stay fantastic!

The Living room is open to Dining and Kitchen has plenty of Comfortable seating , Large Windows ( watching the wildlife is amazing from here) There is a wall mounted HD4K Smart Tv with Local Cable as well. We have stocked the home with Board and card games as well!

The Master bedroom has King bed, HD 4K Smart Tv with Cable , large dresser and personal bathroom, this bathroom has a large soaking Tub and separate shower. it also has access to the back patio with seating area to relax.

The 2nd bedroom has Queen bed, HD Smart Tv with Cable, and a dresser for your belongings.

The Third bedroom has 2 twin beds. and plenty of space to play!

In the Kitchen you will find Like new Stainless Appliances , plenty of pots, pans and cooking / eating items. You will also find a stocked Keurig Coffee station.

Need to work just a little while on Vacation, We have you covered, Office with Desk, light and plenty of plugs, and High Speed WI-FI are ready for you!

Laundry? We have FREE Washer / Dryer in the home for your use.

Outdoors we have a small Charcoal grill and outdoor furniture!
Guest access
You will be provided a smart lock key code a day ahead of check in time.

You will have private access to the home during your stay. The Garage is where we keep all our supplies and it is locked to guests.

You will also be provided with a key card and guest passes for access to the neighborhood parks, boat ramps,, and other facilities.
Please let us know at the time of booking if you require guest access to the neighborhood amenities and we will provide you with guest passes.

Needs a fenced in backyard

I thought there was a fenced back yard, but there was not. The inside of the home was very nice and comfortable. The outside needs work.

Lots of deer

We’ll start with the positives: owner was responsive to questions and concerns; location was a short walk to The Island where we could watch the sunset over the water. Beyond that it was, sadly, a disappointment. The front yard/entry was overgrown so the entry path wasn’t useable. The house itself is dated and shows obvious wear, and hadn’t been used in a while. There were clumps of dust in the corners, burrs in the carpet, old, mismatched, dirty dishes & glasses and so much mold in the master shower it was unusable. Lights were missing bulbs, there were flickering lights in the entry, the master bed was horribly sagging & creaky, there were only 2 bath towels & 2 very flimsy smaller towels, no hangers anywhere, the appliances need maintenance, the outdoor furniture was too dirty to use & the backyard was not as pictured. Overall, the experience was not nearly worth the price.

The home listing was exactly as I expected by the photos on VRBO. It was perfect for stying near the wedding veune we attended on the north side of Lake Travis.
