High-quality, 2013 renovated and newly furnished 60 sqm apartment in a rustic half-timbered house with a cozy living room (with sofa bed for two people), flat-screen TV with DVD player, various DVD's, games and books, satellite TV, FREE WiFi large panoramic terrace door to the wooden terrace with a view of the garden and the mountains, fireplace corner with a new stove and reading armchairs for cozy hours by the wood fire, bedroom with double bed, good sofa bed for two, large Wardrobe and three windows, bathroom with toilet and shower cubicle, fitted kitchen fully equipped with oven, stove, fridge with freezer, full dishes, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, etc.

Summer:
In summer, the idyllic forest swimming pool on the outskirts attracts visitors as well as good hiking and mountain biking opportunities, tours directly from the house, storage room for bicycles (lockable) available.

Winter:

Sledges are available, are in the storage room at the house (entrance from the rock) or in the entrance area.

Ski rental (alpine / cross-country skiing) and 2 alpine lifts directly in town.

Beautiful toboggan slope max. 5 minutes on foot from the house (just go down the Gippe), 2 toboggan lifts on site, also within walking distance - on the Panoramic (about 10 minutes on foot via a beautiful panoramic path from the Gippe - and opposite the Restaurant Silbertanne, approx . 5 min walk), cross-country trail access also within walking distance, but with the bulky equipment much more pleasant by car.

Ski rental (cross-country skiing) / toboggan slope and good cross-country skiing opportunities also in the neighboring town of Benneckenstein and of course in Braunlage.

Shops (also rolls) 2 minutes walk, several restaurants / cafes, spa gardens and the tourist information are within walking distance.

Various (chargeable) leisure activities in the Aparthotel Panoramic z. B. Bowling alley, bowling, indoor pool, table tennis, billiards

Tennis can be played in Benneckenstein (hall) and Braunlage (hall and outdoor courts).

Wir sind zum wiederholten Mal in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung, und werden wieder kommen.Lage Ausstattung und Service der Gastgeberin ist einfach herrlich.Hohegeiß liegt perfekt als Ausgangspunkt, um den Harz zu erkunden, Ski Erlebnisse haben wir nicht, bei uns geht es ums wandern.Die Wohnung selbst ist mit neuem Bad, perfekt ausgestattet er Küche und dem grandiosen Kamin, ein Wohlfühlort.Nebenan ist dieser sensationelle Mini-Supermarkt, der fast alles hat, morgens frische Aufbackbrötchen, die das Frühstück erforschen, auch ein paar frische Wurstwaren, und zur Not auch Ohropax, unbedingt empfehlenswerter Laden.Und außerdem fußläufig (ca. 300m) zwei Ladepunkte für E-Fahrzeuge, was ein großer Pluspunkt für die Anreise und die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist!!!War ein toller Wanderurlaub im Harz!!

Das Objekt war hervorragend, nur das Gesamtkonzept passte nicht. Keine geöffnete Gastronomie im Ort. Man musste jeden Meter mit dem Auto fahren, auf den Busfahrplan konntebman sich auch nicht verlassen. Also in diesen Ort wollen wir nicht mehr.

Wir haben als kleine Familie (Vater 2 Söhne) fünf Tage bei bestem Wetter im Harz genießen können. Die "Wildwechsel" Wohnung hat uns super gefallen. Eine stimmige Balance aus großzügiger Ausstattung, einladender Gemütlichkeit dem Charme des Harz. Man findet in der gut sortierten Küche wirklich jedes erdenkliche Kleinod vor, selbst wenn man das Salz oder den Teebeutel vergessen hat wird man hier sofort fündig. Wer mit Kindern anreist wird auch bei schlechtem Wetter keine Langeweile haben, es sind unzählige Spiele, Bücher und eine reichhaltige Filmsammlung vorhanden. Wir hatten zu dem das Glück die Vermieterin vor Ort anzutreffen und so in den Genuss der ein oder anderen (süßen) Harzer Spezialität zu kommen :-)Lauschige Sommerabende lassen sich auf dem Balkon verbringen, es war fast etwas schade das es tagsüber so sonnig war, sonst hätte ich gerne auch die gemütliche Kaminecke ausprobiert.

Empfehlenswert!

Schöne Ferienwohnung, die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war auch richtig toll. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, nur eine Mikrowelle hätten wir uns noch gewünscht. Räumlichkeiten schön groß und süß eingerichtet. Sauberkeit ist auch klasse. Die Parkmöglichkeit ist okay, hinter dem Haus ist ein Grünstreifen jedoch leider kein abgesenkter Bordstein.Wir sind mit unserer Tochter(1J) gereist, leider waren vor Ort und Umgebung nicht so viele Angebote für so junge Kinder, jedoch würden wir wenn sie etwas älter ist jederzeit wieder kommen!

Sehr, sehr ordentliche Ferienwohnung

Wir haben die Wohnung mit 4 Personen genutzt. Es gab ausreichend Platz. Alles ist sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Sehr nett von der Vermieterin, vorab ein sehr umfangreiches Infopaket zu schicken, wovon wir einiges nutzen konnten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekter Pfingsturlaub

Wir waren zum ersten mal im Harz und das in einer wunderschönen Ferienwohnung. Mit einem Kamin für schlechtes Wetter und eine kleine Terrasse für schönes Wetter. Das Kaminholz konnte wenn man wollte Vorort kaufen. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Die Tipps der Vermieterin sind super. Wir waren am ersten Tag bei Antje im Blumenkaffee und so beginnt ein Urlaub perfekt.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war sehr sauber und wunderschön dekoriert. Die Lage und Umgebung ist auch sehr schön. Wir haben viele Ausflüge, u.a..zur Burg Falkenstein, in die Therme in Thale und nach Goslar gemacht. Abends konnten wir wunderbar vor dem Kamin entspannen. Vielen Dank
