Wonderful weekend stay!

The house was clean and well stocked! Very convenient location, and the parking pass is an added bonus. The beds were comfortable, and the rental team was very communicative and helpful. 10/10 would stay here again!

Excellent property

Our elderly party of 4 found this property to be up and above what we expected. Very very clean and comfortable. The property is located within a block of the free shuttle service which saved us a lot of walking time. I commend the owners on their restoration of the property. Don't know why people would rather stay in a hotel when a property like this one is available. Thanks again for a memorable stay.

Ideal Property with Great Location!

The listing photos and description of the property are very accurate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We liked the first floor unit as it had its own brick patio right outside the main door. The one suggestion I would make is to provide 2 more chairs (2 Adirondacks provided) and a small table so 4 people can sit outside together. We brought the 2 kitchen stools out on the patio so the 4 of us could enjoy the outside at the same time but they are not that comfortable if sitting away from a high table/counter. NOTE: if planning on cooking in the unit, there is limited utensils, glasses, dishes etc. even for 4 people. We didn’t care because we ate out everyday (one reason to visit Charleston!) The coffee shop right next door was great for grabbing a quick coffee or latte etc. cute little neighborhood place with outdoor seating. Very convenient indeed. Unit was very clean and the beds are very comfortable as well. We will definitely stay at this property again as our experience was fantastic.

Great location

Our group was 2 couples visiting Charleston to attend a wedding. The house was just right. There is a great coffee shop next door and everything is within walking distance.
