Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

This property was great for our long weekend stay! Within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on king street, and the best bagels and coffees downstairs! The apartment was very clean, spacious and had all the amenities. Highly recommend!

The apartment on the second floor is a perfect location to downtown. It is easily accessible and has parking across the street. We loved the bagel shop next door and walked to so many places that week. We would definitely stay there again.

We arrived in town just before the first snowstorm in the last several years. The apartment was in a great location in the historic district and we enjoyed our 3 day stay. It was very comfortable, except for the bed in the inside bedroom.

Nicely done small apartment right downtown. Lovely bagel shop downstairs. Very popular and opens at 7am. Historic building that has newer furnishings. Perfect for a short stay.
The property is clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed. Furniture and beds were comfortable. It is within walking distance to everything. Traffic noise is a bit excessive when you are not used to it.

We just stayed over night, but it was a good location with lots of places within walking distance. The unit was well stocked.
The TV in the bedroom to the right of the bathroom didn't work but it wasn't a deal breaker for us.
Loved the bagel shop downstairs for breakfast!

My daughter and i had a wonderful time at this little gem. Pictures were exact as in person. We felt really safe in the neighborhood when walking around. The apartment was very clean and we have nothing bad to say. The communication with owner was always very quick. Would recommend this spot for another stay in Charleston.

EZ check in. Parking across street super convenient and parking pass provided. Awesome bagel/coffee shop below. Short walking distance to King St. we walked everywhere. AC works well and fans are available. Did not cook but kitchen is well equipped with dishes, coffee maker paper towels etc. Would stay here again.

The property was exactly what we needed. Great location where everything was either a short walk or drive away. Our bagel loving kids were excited to hear that we would be staying above a bagel shop. Not bothered by the street noise at all as that is to be expected when you’re staying in the city. Check-in and check-out went seamlessly. Not only would we stay there again, but we’ll be telling all our friends and family as well.

The location was convenient to downtown. The stairs to upper level were difficult with luggage. There was early morning noise from coffee shop below and street noise. However, it was comfortable and well stocked. Very easy checkout.

The apartment is clean and handy to nearby restaurants and a free shuttle stop. The only irritation is that the bagel shop downstairs doesn't have a working closer on its front door, so the door bangs from 7am on when it's open and echoes through the apartment. The bagels and coffee however are delicious! Please get them to fix their door!

The property had easy access to everything within 10-20 minutes depending where you wanted to go. A lot of great restaurants all within walking distance. Communication with the owners was great. We didn’t have sheets for the pullout couch and they had someone drop them off immediately for us. Full kitchen and all towels. Only downfall was We did have to buy TP as only 2 rolls were there and you can hear everything outside. There isn’t a noise barrier to the sheet since it’s an older building so as long as you don’t mind it’s great. Holy bagel is right below and had some great options for food
